Really happy experience. The hygienists are friendly and thorough and both dentists are professional and help us feel very comfortable and well cared for. I also feel that they have increased their already thorough safety/sanitation protocols given the covid-19 pandemic.

This was my first visit to Dr. Frankman. I received a very warm welcome and stellar cleaning service from the team! My previous dentist retired and Falls Dental Centre came highly recommended; exceeding any expectations I had. Thank you to the team for a warm welcome and great service! See you in 6 months! I absolutely love Dr. John, and all the staff we have encountered at Falls Dental. My husband, our toddler, and I are all patients, and have had nothing but great experiences with cleanings, and a replaced tooth filling I had completed. The staff are all very friendly, and wonderful to work with.

I visited Falls Dental Centre yesterday for my regular cleaning appointment - a visit I had cancelled previously in June being a little uneasy at that time with safety concerns we've all been experiencing this year. All my uncertainty was immediately dispelled. Falls Dental has every safety step completely and logically addressed. As always, it was a very pleasant visit.

Falls Dental is is a great place to get your dental care. Dr. Smallcomb is a knowledgeable professional, and feels like a friend. Well he actually is. But if he wasn't, I would still say the same thing. He is as nice as he seems. Kari is a fantastic hygienist, no pain.

The Falls Dental Centre gives you awsum care from the minute you get there until you leave.

Always a pleasant experience. The dentists and hygienists are very professional but down to earth, making it a very comfortable environment. The office staff is very courteous and helpful, answering most questions you may have. They also offer text messages to remind you of and confirm your appointments! All the x-ray equipment and panorex are digital so there is no need for film processing. All films show up immediately for review, eliminating a load of downtime during your visit. Highly recommend!

The ENTIRE staff is always absolutely amazing here. Everyone is so nice, is always smiling, knowledgeable and professional. I've been seen by both Smallcomb and Frankman and love them both. They do exceptional work and are always very pleasant to be around. Falls Dental is the best dental office I have ever been to! I highly recommend them.

Visiting Falls Dental is always a pleasant (as much as you can say going to the dentist ). Lois and Stephanie are a breath of fresh air. The wait time is almost always very little. The hygienists are thorough and attentive to your concerns. Dr John and Dr Mike treat you like you have been friends for years.

I like John or Michael as dentist, they are always very friendly, Maria the dental assistant cleaned my teeth and did a good job. I got a bit anxious with my teeth cleaning, and it would be nice to have an overhead tv to keep me sane, but not a big deal. I called back in and asked what type of sonicare is recommended and they helped me and were very knowledgeable.

I absolutely love this dentist office. I was referred by a coworker after a few poor experiences at my former dentist, and after my first visit, I made sure my husband switched dentists too.

Never more than a 5 minute wait in the waiting room, and the hygienists are always VERY friendly and take their time to ensure they provide the best cleaning possible.

This is the dentist to go to.

I was able to come in with my mask and use hand sanitizer in the waiting area where chairs were distanced. My hygienist was ready for me and wore a mask and shield while cleaning my teeth.

Customer loyalty is NOT a priority to them. It makes me sad. We've been going to them every 6 months or so since we moved to Sioux Falls 7 years ago. I need to get my son in to get his spacer out that they put in and they can't get him an appointment for two months.

I ve always enjoyed going to this office. They re all so kind and knowledgeable. Normally since I have such a sensitive mouth, I m always sore for a few days after, but going here, I ve never had that issue. I cannot complain about them one bit! I actually look forward to my next visit, which isn t very common for me to say

Really enjoy my dentist visits. Felt comfortable and they have taken proper precautions for covid and flu season coming up. Staff is all wonderful. 10/10 if you need a dentist, both of them are wonderful. I have been going to the same hygienist for a very long time but I've heard from my family that all see different ones there that they are sweet and are gentle if you have sensitive teeth like mine!

I have been going to Dr. Jan Smulcomb for over 20 years and will never look for another doctor! There is no one better than Jan! All the clinic staff are very friendly, they always help in the best way! Lori, Kim are my favorite nurses at the clinic! Yesterday we were like this with my dad (he is 92), a tooth in the lower jaw is broken (out of only 5 of his own, now 4 are left) and the attitude of Dr. Jan and the staff is absolutely wonderful! Highest professionalism !!

Caring dental hygienist, met my need for shorter appt, took a photo of cheek tissue, you wait in your car until ready to work, had to wait extra 15 minutes for my appt..reception took my temp and asked me to use hand saniyizer
