Fairmont Dubai

Our stay was very good at the Fairmont Hotel. A splendid view overlooking the skyscrapers. Room service is very satisfactory. Nalinda, Chester and Ruth are very pleasant and attentive.

Nice hotel and very good housekeeping staff very polite and humble, specially Shubham very nice on his work, Fairmont is the best.Really we enjoy alot

In one of the busiest parts of Dubai this hotel is one of the rare oasis of calm in the city.
The team at reception, the customer services gents and the fabulous Ela and her colleagues at the concierge desk are a true representation of what hospitality is. They make you feel welcomed, special and anticipate needs you did not know you had.

I am sure you can find more modern or less business/corporate Fairmont properties or hotels in Dubai. Yet this is still a true representation of what makes the Fairmont brand great:elegance, simplicity and hospitality.

The various restaurants and bars of the hotel are more representative of what you would expect in Dubai. However, in my point of view a place where the cafe staff remember your name and how you like your cappuccino after the 1st order is the ideal place to go.

Was in for a meeting. Looks nice but very thin walls, you can hear your neighbors easily.

Happening place to visit, good night life, as well as hospitality is very nice.

The place was great. I had an awesome stay and the staff, Isis Bautista, was very helpful getting my order. She even assisted me what was their best seller. I have to get back soon.

Fairmont Dubai was an amazing hotel! Me and my family stayed there for about 4 days. It's location is very accessible to all kinds of transportation. All staffs are accomodating. I would like to give a thumbsup to the housekeeping department for ensuring the cleanliness of our room also to Cascades for giving us an enormous breakfast! Also for chef francheska for being such helpful and friendly! Also for the kyle for always assisting us. Thanks Fairmont! Will surely be back soon!!

I like the life guard thats name ricardo he so friendly and hes so nice especially the children .hes briliant he accomodate us very nice good service salute to the life guard on your poll.

Truly to be honest "the greatest reward & luxury of travel is to be able to experience the first time" and i admit it " it's the first time i get into a 5-stars hotel & resort, i was impressed because of this, i saw what i never saw in my life, the true beauty of luxury in front of my eyes, the surroundings are astonishing, the scene was unbelievable. I give my thanks & my appreciation for that.

Trophy Room is a great and amazingly coolest place you can ever hang out. The energy of those ladies working are extremely hilarious. ZARA, TEDDY AND ROZELLE always make my day and night an amazing one. Keep it up ladies

The experience was absolutely great, my husband and I experienced dining in the dark. Ms. MJ was so helpful and she made sure that we were comfortable. Anyone reading this had to try this Noire Dining in the dark experience. Fairmont staff were all nice, also hats off to Ms. Reeda. She's great!

The breakfast restuarant cascades had very limited seating area, though the variety was good but i saw some ppl waiting outside which must really be exhuastive for them. I mean u dont expect such a thing from a hotel like this.

Was quite surprised upon our arrival. Booked this hotel in a hurry when our other plans to travel outside the UAE fell through. For the price we got our room at was a steal considering how luxurious this hotel feels. We booked a king room so we got a king sized bed but that didn't make the room feel small like with other hotels we have previously visited. The room was spacious with a good view of Sheikh Zayed highway and metro stations. The bathroom had a tub and shower separate. There's plenty of room inside and won't leave u feeling claustrophobic. Amenities include a Nespresso coffee machine with several generic capsules, kettle, bar fridge, teas and regular coffee, iron and board and the usual stuff like gowns etc etc. Overall I'm very happy with my booking but if I had one suggestion it would be to add a handheld bidet.

The rooms are spacious and you get the most amazing view of Dubai from your many windows. If you paid for the package you get an excellent buffet every morning from 6.30-11.30am. The hotel has two pools, one facing east and one facing west. There is also dining in the dark experience although we didn't try this. If you like to smoke they have a smoking room on one of the levels. The staff greeted us regularly at the door by name and even decorated our window with our world travels so far. If you want a home away from home experience in a conveniently located hotel then this hotel should be at the top of your list

Fairmont Dubai is very nice hotel all the things are very nice overall experience I perfect housekeeping is perfect all the requests they delivered on time, and specially housekeeping guy Vivek is very good in his work, he is taking care of me , I fell home away from home..

We went to the Trophy Room to watch the India vs Pakistan cricket match. The ambiance was amazing and the staff were great too. We ordered Beef Sliders and the Trophy Room Club Sandwich but was not too impressed with the food. The sliders and sandwich were dry and had very little sauce. The club came with a side of fries which was done well. Will come back again to try their food one more time.
