This is my favourite photo gallery in LA - If you are looking for the best in fine art photography this is the place. Been there many many times - Mark Seliger opening yesterday. If you have not been and care for photography - you really missed something.
This place is among the top 3 must-go-to of all places I recommend to friends or business partners visting.
What a fantastic establishment. The photography is gorgeous, there are so many books with so much history and beauty. Also, the admission was free!

Nice gallery featuring avant garde photos of and by celebrities, as well as contemporary photographic artists. Mainly (from what I've seen on just a few visits) in B&W. Sadly, staff fails to recognize your presence, so don't expect much. I would have loved to look through some of the flat files of the artists exhibited but didn't sense anyone was interested in selling anything. Maybe it was our non-LA attire? Regardless, worth stopping by if you're a photographer or interested in the medium as there's some great work on display.
