Cannot recommend them. Pleated an expensive silk wrong and denied it.

Had commissioned a baptism gown for my little girl with pleating from Ciment. Fabric had been pre-cut and hemmed, but returned with wrong pleat direction.

We asked for a refund, but was only offered a repleat out of good will .

Surprised they do not have the knowledge to read the right direction from the pieces/fabric.

Sewer enquired why no one called to confirm the direction, if there was doubt. Their reply: There was no doubt.

Will never use them again.
