Good staff and a clean facility! Seems like the turnover is pretty high with the staff which can be slightly discouraging as you hope that the people with experience with your loved one pass down all the right information. The few times that my grandmother did have an issue that required immediate Care the staff were quick to respond and very helpful.

Friend of mine lives here and receives great care. Every time I come to visit, Ana greets us with a smile and warm welcome. They host a support group the last Wednesday of the month, and the fireplaces in every wing make it feel like home.

Executive Director treats staff poorly. She is only concerned about money not staff or residents well being. Tries to hurry move in weather it's good or not for the resident. And isn't it funny to see she looked over her employees totally. I think she has made my point very clear. Also Stacie is not the owner that is a lie. If resident care was your concern why would your carpets smell so bad. Your building is falling apart your Constantly understaffed. You tried to bring in people that are not appropriate just to get your census up this is not what I would consider taking care of your residence.

Wow, Wow what a wonderful facility. I live several hours away from my Great Aunt who lives in Expressions. Visiting for Thanksgiving, I saw my sweet Aunt dressed nicely with her hair done so cute. She was having her nails done by one of the caregivers who was singing to her. Nothing made my heart warmer than to see that kind of care. Kudos to the well trained staff, you are doing it right!
