I have been with 2001 and it's great idea built earlier days and model for latest trend of this idea. I am grateful to EE for wonderful solutions earlier days and admired the hardwork to the team.

Google is undoubtedly the best platform for search and protection of information. I use it on a daily basis and I am pleased to be a part of this user community.

Beware of company's rogue trading practices.
When I called to cancel the subscription down a couple of years ago as I wasn't ever getting solutions to my questions, I was offered a special half price discount for 2 years to continue. Now they have collected a full subscription value as auto renewal which is actually 50% higher than even their current rack rate as confirmed by the call attendant. They wouldn't refund the subscription although I called as soon as I noticed the charge (i.e within 3 working days of hitting my credit card) Auto renewal was not discussed as non refundable at the time when I had initially called to cancel 2 years ago as they had actually refunded the payment taken at the time of that call and then charged the new lower rate.
These are rogue trading standards based on misrepresentation and deception.

The service is a bit of a joke to begin with.The admins keep closing questions down even if there are no solutions.

The experience with the business service was valuable information. However, I had to knock them down to 1 star due to poor customer service policies. I had stopped using the service and they continued to auto renew the yearly fee when I had not used it/logged for years...... When asked for a remedy, I was directed to policy documentation. Solid Client Success..... Buyers Beware.
