Had my sleep study test on 7/7/17. The staff was very nice/friendly. They were very accommodating. The only draw back was having to wait 2 weeks for my results as they only have 1 doctor that reads them and submits them to your prescribing doctor. The room was clean and comfortable - very much like a hotel (not like I had expected)

Dr Crisostomo was great but has retired. Had issues with transiting to a new Dr at the clinic. Once I was finally able to be seen I was impressed with Dr. Schultz and her attention to detail.

Find a different facility. Barb and her consult staff cares little about the patient. The young lady that did the actual sleep study was great however. Doesn't matter how good the study is when Dr. Strong and Barb could care less about you as a patient. Not like a Pro Health facility. Lazy. Dr. Strong committed to me, some things that Barb says he denies. So I am a liar. 9 days after sleep study, I am home with severe sleep apnea and failing equipment but Barb doesn't care. My insurance covers it in full too, but she hasn't checked into it yet. Unreal.

I got all my questions answered and felt like I had a great experience.

Would not EVER suggest using this facility. I've waited 21 days now and still do not have results. I will have waited 43 days by the time I actually get to see "my doctor". What a joke. 1 star is probably a little generous.

Top notch from the initial appointment, authorization for my sleep study ( Barb explained everything clearly). Dr. Schultz and staff were great. I couldn't have asked for anything better. The sleep tech's were phenomenal. The entire process was seamless.

What a great experience.I was scared switching doctor's. I am not sure of the receptionist, but she was very nice. Had a smile on her face the whole time she dealt with me. Jenny was my RN. I almost thought I was being put on. Like, is this Punk'd? She was a delight to deal with. She listened, asked the necessary questions, was not rude 1 bit, and had a lovely sense of humor. Dr Brittany Schultz I say, she made all of my anxiety go away real quick. What was left after being with Jenny for those few minutes. Thank you for that Doc. Dr Schultz really made a point to explain things in a way in I would understand. Gave me options for a new machine. Went over my, what I call score sheet. Even went over sleep options while traveling. Did I say it was a great experience? Because it was a AWESOME experience!

I have been seeing a doctor at this sleep center for about ten years Today my machine died at 4 am. I called the sleep center and the in house Home Care Medical and by noon, Jenny, Dr Schultz and Laura from Home Care Medical had worked out a plan to get me up and running by the time meet my pillow again tonight. These ladies are angels! Thank you so much!!!

I met Dr. Samtsni for the first time Nd he was so kind and thorough and clear. He gave me reasons for everything he was doing and even suggested the tests based on keeping the price of helath cste in mind. I am so happy with my new doctor.

The staff was so helpful and warm and welcoming starting ar the reception area where i was checked in promptly and Dr. Samtami's nurse Karen was so nice.
They were also helpful trying to get me in for for follow ups before the end of the year. Thank you Karen and Angie!!!

I went even after reading the myriad of reviews here. I'm glad I did. The Center is clean and comfortable. Brianna, the nurse that monitored my study was very patient with me, kind, and very helpful. She was polite enough to explain the process thoroughly, and didn't show any irritation with my barrage of questions. The study itself went horribly- but that was all on me. I couldn't sleep! They managed to get enough information to process (I slept all of 2 out of the 6 or 7 hours I was there).
When Dr Meyer met with me, she too was very helpful and open to my questions, and shared her personal experience with Sleep Apnea, which helped me to engage more positively about the diagnosis. The whole staff is friendly and supportive, and does not reflect at all in the negative posts here.

i had a sleep study done got the results of hypersomnia however dr jocihms didn't agree then he didn't want to treat me even though my insurance covers everything then i got a test result for myECG saying my tests were abnormal through out the whole sleep study. The reason I first went to dr. Sean Jocihms was for pains in my chest. Now the test results of my ECG say i have heart problems meaning they are results after a stroke. that was on Nov 17 2017 Now I look at my chart on Nov 19, 2017 and the test results for the ECG have been deleted. REALLY. WELL THATs too late I have them printed out. GO SOME WHERE ELSE.

"You have Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea. Maybe lose weight. (My BMI is 22). Dr. Schultz can see you in 2 months, so don't die in the meantime." OK, this is not a word for word quote when called with my sleep study results, but you get the gist of it. Come in, get a test done, WOW, you are sick, but we can't even give you an appointment for treatment consultation for 2 months, because Dr. Schultz is getting married and apparently, no one is covering. When I expressed shock, the nurse/PA?/tech said, " no offense, but we have people 3 times worse than you waiting!" (My AHI was 51). If I could give no stars....
