Non-existent customer service, and a travel provider that cash in but doesn't take care of customers. We went to Seychelles in November 2019 for a honeymoon and found ourselves in a hotel worse than pitiful, the agency never took into account our photos, nor the various letters from our travel agency, nor our complaints. We are in August, more than 9 months have passed. They offer hotels they don't even visit to really appreciate the deplorable state of the establishments on offer at over 300 a night. Be careful, if you have a problem with eu and you are in a hurry, you will need more than patience for them to have the courtesy to at least answer you.

Attention Exotismes levies modification fees instead of the airlines. 600 for two flight changes while Air France does not charge anything !!! To avoid absolutely !!! I commented on Facebook and Instagram so I got banned from their pages !!! What honesty !!! Beware of this company

Stayed in October in Guadeloupe normally all inclusive and following the covid we had full board without having been warned. no refund from exoticism and no news of the second mail sent. flee this site go look elsewhere

This tour operator does not want to consider that the current situation in Guadeloupe is a reason for cancellation and wants me to go to Guadeloupe despite the 7 days of isolation. I am going to call a lawyer, this is inadmissible

Be careful, their customers are scamming their stays with direct Air France flights when they know that Air France has canceled its flights !!! This Tour operator must be denounced and will be held accountable to Justice !!!

I would like to tell all of you an incident which happened with us 2 days before. This is a fake resort who is famous for unauthorized transactions. I was in Marseilles 2 days back and somehow when i came back i saw some unauthorized transactions on my internet banking. I dont know where this resort is situated as I was on vacations, but there was a charge of 1400 euros on my account with the name of EXOTISMES VAD Marseilles. Though I have raised a dispute, but let me tell you Marseilles is a cheap city to travel and there are so fraud companies, resorts like this. I would prefer anyone to visit Marseilles and this resort specially where i feel management is also involved in doing frauds.

Liar, totally hide behind their responsibilities. TRAVEL AGENCIES TO AVOID ANY EMERGENCY. Leclerc voyage is their first partner and just as incompetent. Trust my experience to take your trip elsewhere
