Worst Company to do business with. Zero professionalism. Don't expect call back from them. They will never call you. The sales team itself is so horrible that cannot consider dealing with this Company. All fake promises with nothing to deliver. They took 4 months to review a Non-disclosure Agreement ultimately to tell me that they cannot change it. Please stay away from Exotel. It is full of shameless people.
A poorly run company. Zero product innovation in the past 4.5 years, bad user interface, poor customer service, lacking integrations, and they don't bother retaining records. Avoid.
Airtel numbers starting with 9895, 9746 series do not connect in Exotel virtual number. We are trying to use Exotel from last 01 month, still they didn't fix the issue.
This office is located in prime locality near Ulsoor lake. I visited this place for interview and it's easily reachable. From rooftop canteen of the office, you can get very good view of Ulsoor lake. Ample car and bike parking available.

I went to their office recently for a hackathon. The place is in a very good location near a lake with great views. But the building is very old. It smells bad and is infested with rats. I expected a much better experience at a startup like Exotel

Worst Customer Support...I called them 8 times in 3 days to talk about virtual calling...They gave empty promises of call return in 30 mins/ next day morning etc...Their customer support is worst..I am glad i realized it before signing up with them...Hope my review helps people...Dtay away from this company...
