This is not a criticism of the doctors but their one size fits all policy of one person per patient without regards to the situation. This is July and I have been dealing with this since April and this concerns the patient (90) their spouse (87) and their daughter being able to accompany them in and with the doctor. All being vaccinated. Where is the common sense in this situation? Talked to their Patient Relations over three weeks ago while sitting in the car on a 95 degree day and got the response that they were meeting to review the policy, apparently just a lie to placate me, because as of today nothing has changed. My perception is that there is no consideration to the patient and what's best for them and their situation. The answer I get, "that's what the policy is, I just have to follow it"

I'm still not sure about there emergency room, though, I have had better experiences with them in recent times than in the past. My doctor is affiliated with Core Physicians so I have to use Exeter.
I had to go for a medical procedure and it went well. Everyone I encountered was friendly and professional. The instructions I was given prior to the procedure were precise and my email questions were answered quickly. The procedure was explained, as well as the risks, and the immediate results were told to me. I would have to wait for the lab results. My concerns were not dismissed and we discussed them prior to the procedure. I was complimented on how young I look and was asked how I wished to be addressed. I was thanked for following the instructions they sent me and I was given a copy of my Covid-19 test results, which were negative. They contacted my ride a half hour before the procedure finished.
I've been for other examinations and procedures and they went well.
Complimentary valet parking provided at entrance. Parking garage across from main entrance. Face mass required to enter building. You will be temperature checked to proceed to your appointment.
I will recommend this hospital. Their reputation has improved. Wifi available.

The emergency room was excellent. They were fast professional and polite. The room was modern and clean and the doctor was professional and totally reasonable. Everyone needs to understand that an ER visit on average should take 4-5 hours and adjust their expectations accordingly. This place was great.

Great experience! I wish I could thank each doctor and nurse individually!! I went in for a minor surgery and every single person involved was so nice, helpful, and I felt, truly cared I was
comfortable and prepared for what I was going through. Given how busy they are they made me feel like I was the only patient. With covid protocols not allowing a family member to wait with you this helped ease my anxiety.

Excellent outpatient surgical facility. All nursing & anesthesia staff were friendly and patient as they explained every step and answered all questions. Everyone made sure I was comfortable. They are all genuinely nice people who do their job well. I travelled from out of state to see a specific surgeon here and I was not disappointed.

I was scheduled for a 9:30 AM blood draw at oncology hematology. I arrived at the waiting room and signed in at 9:21. Within 5 minutes, the room was filled with 10 - 12 patients waiting in the room, with no social distancing. Each seat was spaced 2 to 3 feet apart. This in a hospital setting where the entrance way has feet decals placed every 6 feet but is ignored in a waiting room for oncology patients, those who must have pre-existing conditions.

After waiting over 30 minutes and being concerned about the number of blood draw patients waiting, I left the waiting room at 9:51 and found someone who I told there s 10 people waiting in the waiting room to which she replied I know, we re having a computer problem .

Shortly thereafter, they started calling the patients one by one to get their blood drawn.

The problem is not the long waiting time, rather it s the medical staff s indifference to the value of their time. If someone had come to the waiting room to explain the long wait time, everything would have been fine. But this implied arrogance that a lot of medical staff have towards these high-paying patients is supremely irritating and annoying.

I m just an old grumpy 77 year old former businessman that has never treated his clients as if they were so under-valued. It feels good to vent sometimes.

I was at Exeter Hospital for a colonoscopy/endoscopy today, and would like to share this review. Everything was done in a high-quality manner, from check-in to check-out, and everything in-between. Thoroughly professional - organized, supportive, reassuring - they really helped me feel less anxious. I was extremely impressed, and I m grateful for all their efforts!!

Would prefer no star. Horrible experience I was so sick and there was absolutely no compassion from the time I arrived with the triage nurse and especially the Doctor on call. I will never go back. I haven't been here in many years but something is not right. I will never go back.. They even treated my husband poorly. Provider was condescending and sarcastic. Wait time was ridiculous we were there 6 hours.was brought to ER room quickly but waited for for 3 hours.
