When I faced an issue with my internet connection and reached out to them, their response time was slow and I had to wait for quite a while to get assistance. Moreover, the solution provided was not satisfactory and I had to contact them again to get my problem resolved. On the positive side, their internet packages offer competitive prices, which is definitely a plus. However, the average customer service experience makes me hesitant to recommend this company to others. Overall, an average experience. 😐
