Working in excelacom for 1 year.... good one for freshers

ExcelaCom Technologies is an independent software vendor, offering BSS/OSS solutions and services to Tier 1 to Tier 3 NGN communications players across multiple geographies.also provides system integration, application development, testing and full-scale outsourcing facilities, tailored to the needs of the telecommunication industry.

Pros:

1- Can enjoy your way (provided if your lead is free going) or else you are cornered
2- Open to Learn (But of own interest)
3- Good for first level beginner
4- Good Infrastructure

Cons:

1- No appreciation for the work done
2- No good salary & appraisal
3- Over politics
4- ONLY existing old employees that too popular ones get benefits
5, NOT so good leave policies
6- Employees NOT treated decent
7- Sudden firing of employees, even bulk firing at times
8 Retention Bonus, Bond Making --- All inappropriate and vain plans
9- Dress Code Centered
10- No extra curriculum or technology advancements or external trainings
11- No proper cab facility and Food
12- No guide from leads or managers
13- Things hidden between Onshore and Offshore
14- Employees are secondary concern at some cases.

Its a very very worst IT company I have ever seen. They treat the employees like a slave/dog.. Management wants the dogs to work on all the weekends. No Employee wellbeing. No Transport. If at all wanted to go by govt transport, we have to walk for 1km. I there is any -ve rating, I will give the negative one. Since 1 is the last one I gave one.

Worst experience. Please ask your receptionist to don't take own decisions. I was awiting around 2 hours in reception for interview, resume also not collected. Even interview result also not informed by HR. Respect your candidates like your customers.

I'm not working here. But I heard that it's one of the good platform for working.
