Excel Property Management

My apartment is truly beautiful and perfect for me. The cost is fabulous. Now, what's the problem you ask?

Lots of inspections.

Threatened with eviction if lease not followed to the letter of the law. Yet before you moved in smoking was allowed on your deck. No more.

NOTHING ON BALCONY OR YOUR DOOR (lights, hanging plants). No mats. Decorating your apt door was encouraged now banned.

TOO STERILE ENVIRONMENT BEING FORCED. PLEASE THIS DOOR AND MAT POLICY IS BECAUSE OF ONE AWFUL TROUBLE MAKING TENANT THAT ABUSES OTHERS.

UPDATE: ONE individual caused the decorate door ban (this guy ASSAULTED a PERSON more than once, has lies and gotten someone evicted - in her 80s ) has received an eviction notice FINELLY and is here still weeks later.

We are forming a Tenants committee with the encouagement of one Excel owner. We're hopeful.

Too bad 1 is as low as you can go! True, if you re not buddy buddy with property manager, you ll get written up for any & everything you do.. right or wrong!! My wife had to be put on Anti-Anxiety medication because of the property manager!!! We re trying to get out out of here!!!!! :(

Management is horrible never address concerns and problems gossips with the tenants about other tenants. I have called head office several times all you get is voicemail and no one ever return your call. I could go on and on. Smh

Worst property management I have EVER come across in my life. Main number for Raleigh is a answering machine. 4 property inspections in 1 year. Given 24 hour notice with a laundry list of things to be done, however it's been a week and no report back on inspection. BEWARE.

I currently live at one of the companies properties. I am disgusted with the level the property manager will go to harass tenants and hand out lease violations. Even if it includes false allegations. If you rent from this company be sure to save any emails sent, and any contact you have with the property manager. Even laying low and following the rules can result in you violating your lease. If your not friends with the property manager consider yourself on the outs.

They went up on our rent a hundred dollars in tax credit apartments. If you have a problem corporate will not help at all.

I beat them twice in wake county courthouse for trying to evict me without no good cause dec 2017 judge Christine wyzack made the ruling she said calvary trace had no credibility in her court room haha
