For Managers it's a "Pathetic place to work". There is no energy and no good projects. One will feel demotivated from the day of interview as HR highly negotiate on salary. They only get low end projects and thus lots of cost cutting on salaries and employee benefits. Even the management lacks corporate governance and transparency.

I had an interview here, really great experience and very energetic staff.

It's a Nice company to work. Friendly atmosphere here. I have visited this company last week, employees are happy with the company. There's a small playroom here for employees table tennis and carrom Board is available.

Their hiring process is biased . They dont see the actual potential they deserve to have in their organization.it affects badly to the company and its growth.

is it a consultancy like a service provider?

I had very bad experience with this company , There hiring process is very worst. First of all they will arrange your interview and ask you all details like joining and salary expectation but after clearing all the interview , they will offer you very less hike and once you ready with their salary struct they will take the approval from their Senior HR.
Now their Senior HR will keep you hold stating that they can not give that much salary.

Now the thing is , If you can not afford the employee, then why do you waist the time of others????????

I request you to at least believe on my words for a minute and review the interview. It seems anyone from the roadside is taking interview. No manner, no strength to judge or evaluate any individual. I am mid senior level person. Attended interview of many corporates and impressed by some of them and their effective communication. I must say it's just a joke the way you interview and who conduct interview.

Lets talk about HR _--- They are totally unprofessional if you make it follow with them surely get the reject email.

It's a OK OK type company. Not properly managed and unorganized. Never value commitments and people contributions. Limited scope for growth. Usually have small duration projects, so attrition rate is high. Also layoffs are dynamic. Be cautious!!

Interview process is too bad.
First of all they sorted us out with Group Discussion without any aptitude tests.
Then it was the Personal Interview (Technical)
Thereafter I was sent for the HR round
I was opting for developer job and they asked me Marketing questions e.g :- sell me this dirty drinking water and such more.
Finally they hired 4 girls out of 60-70 candidates at the end.

Best in class consultant company in SCM,HCM, FINANCE, and many more fields.

Job offers are not reliable. Usually they don't give commitments even for senior level hiring. Treat seniors as if like fresher and change the status quo. Had a very bad experience and almost humiliated. Would not recommend to anyone.

Good consulting firm and a nice place to work. Good opportunity for onsite location.

Awful place of work. Hire and fire freshers at will. Less stability and anarchy type culture
