I've been working with Evergreen for a few months now. I read the reviews about the service so it seems like things have improved? I've had to cancel orders (my fault) and they were wonderful, orders shipped quickly, they've invited me to video events where they show off product, and more. I've had really great luck and customers love the flags along with home products I've been ordered.
One star is too much for this company. If I could do zero it would certainly be zero this is the worst customer service experience I have ever dealt with. I deal with several companies for my business and this has been the most ridiculous worst experience ever! A sales person here at this location just lost a big sale for fall and Christmas!! I will be taking my business elsewhere !
Absolutely superb customer service and products. Will definitely buy from again. Highly recommend.
Do NOT do business with this company. They appear to be bankrupt. We cannot get overdue invoices paid. And we cannot reach a human being. Something is terribly wrong there.
Buyer beware.... the Cypress Home HOT & COLD TO GO SET is FALSE ADVERTISING... neither item... 16oz Insulated Cup or the 19oz. Glass Water Bottle can hold hot beverages... DON'T KNOW WHERE THE HOT TO GO SET IS...
I was looking for new products to put in my little rural shop and I came across this company, it's not even worth the effort to apply with them unless your ready to give them blood, sweat and tears they have the worst customer service I've ever had to deal with! The Field Sales Support/Territory Developer that I had to deal with should be removed from her job or take classes on how to treat and talk to potential customers! I'm glad I chose to go with the company Carson they have wonderful people in their company!
Got a Solar Mobile Hummingbird. Works Awesome. Beautiful colors that change. Going to get the Butterfly ones when I get my next Social Security Check. We would Highly Recommend getting one.
Extremely slow to unload, seemed surprised they scheduled the floor loaded container as a live unload instead of a drop.
The worst customer service I've ever experienced from a company.
After not receiving a product I order I was told to:
"Contact your credit card company and request a chargeback.
Contact your local Better Business Bureau in regards to your experience
Consult an attorney."
