I was supported by one of the advisers (Juliette) who helped me to do all the administrative formalities and to find a perfect family for me. It is an absolutely brilliant agency that helps you and is very attentive, moreover once there (in Australia) the support is always very present, they call you regularly to find out if everything is going well.
