The buffet setup was equally disappointing. They used tiny plates that forced guests to take small portions, and the empty trays stayed that way because there weren't enough staff to refill them. The dessert station was a letdown—nothing like the professional photos they showed us beforehand. It looked amateurish, and the ice cream and whipped cream were never refilled either. Having just one table for 150 people created huge bottlenecks and long lines. I chose Esprit Events based on their online reviews and presentation, but I felt completely misled. My guests left hungry and thirsty, and it was an absolute embarrassment. I would not recommend them.
