Terrible terrible terrible that's all I can say.
We had a very simple RTA case and the case ended up in the court we attended the hearing and the barrister adviced us before the hearing that our case is weak and she advised us to step back.
She also confirmed in front of me my cousin and the representative of ersan & co we don't have to pay penny.

We went back to ersan & co to understand the situation and we have been told this money needs to be paid by myself and my cousin and they have no liability and the person who was in charge with this case never answered our questions and never came to talk to us face to face.
It's really shameful to ersan & co. Staff there very unprofessional and disrespectful.
Please stay away from this firm.

UPDATE
So on the 15th July 2016 I called Ersan and co which I have been for the pass last week. I simply called to talk to someone why my case is closed and request for this in writing. I was told SERPIL is the owner and a women name Hatice was my case handler. First of all when dealing with a clients case they should be told whom is dealing to inform your client whom has been assigned to their case as this can cause a conflict between the clients and also when closing a case they should be given you a valid reason for this as it is a part of their policy. I have been stressed out and it is disappointing as the communication is poor. I could of done a better job!!!! I don't want the injury claim or damage to my car nor any money. All I simply want is a letter stating reasons why my case is closed. By law this should be provided to the client. I guess these solicitors came from Turkey with fake diploma's as they can not speak a word of English literally did not understand a word of English and honesty seem like they did not have a clue of what they were doing.

If you are after a highly unprofessional uneducated firm, Would like your case to never end? this Is the one stop shop to go. They are also open till late to take your claim very fast. Worse company ever if you have a claim go somewhere else after nearly 2 years and 4 different people dealing with my claim i have decided to end my claim with them its run by clowns DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID

I cannot explain how frustrating my experience with these solicitors have been. Upon claiming for medical compensation and being awarded adequately (no complaints there), when it came down to actually receiving this money it took months. They will do all they can to delay you receiving payment until you hopefully give up.

I hear my cheque is being prepared. Will take 2 days and then they will send it and inform me of that. I wait 2 days and no word that they've sent it yet. I wait another couple days and still no word. I phone in and after being told multiple times to call back later, I finally hear that they'll send the cheque the next day, and they said they did. I wait 2 days, no cheque. I wait a week, no cheque. I phone in and ask what's going on and they said that they thought I was going to come to London and pick it up. The cheque was never sent. I tell them no such agreement was made and that I was told the cheque had been sent. Anyway they finally send the cheque and I wait another week and its still not with me so I phone up AGAIN and they tell me that it may have gotten lost in the mail and to wait another 3 days until Monday and then, if it hasn't arrived, they will cancel and bank transfer the money. Okay, that's a great solution. Unsure why they didn't bank transfer in the first place but whatever.

So, knowing that I'm going to be getting an instant transfer, I sold my car on the promise of this happening on Monday. I drive for a living and was currently off work, surely it couldn't take 2 more weeks to get this sorted. How wrong I was. Monday comes and no cheque, so I phone in. Turns out they sent it to the wrong address, despite them sending all of the other documents to my address just fine. They claimed this was because it wasn't on Google maps, so instead of calling and asking me to confirm, they just sent it to some random address with an incorrect post code and a block of flats, not a house. Nice one Ersan.

Anyway, I ask for the cheque to be cancelled and they say no problem, we'll get our accountant to cancel the cheque and send you the money. Great, finally I get my payout. Wrong. After a few days I call up and ask what's going on. Turns out only the head accountant has the power to cancel a simple cheque and bank transfer the money. The head accountant has also just gone on holiday; how very convenient. There is literally no way this could be sped up and took probably about 2 weeks for them to cancel a cheque after constant phone calls every day and reminders. Finally, the cheque is cancelled but they didn't tell me this, I had to phone up and ask. I say can I please now have the money transferred and they say no, they've prepared another cheque and the head accountant is on holiday so this is the best I'm gonna get. Great.

They send the new cheque and surprise, surprise, it went to the wrong address AGAIN, despite me clarifying to them what my address actually was. They gave the same reason as last time but sent it to an address with a valid post code so I went there yesterday and retrieved the cheque off of this random person and deposited it into the bank.

After two months of lies, delays, arguing, phone calls, dumb, stupid mistakes, deceit and idiotic employees that don't know their lefts and rights, I finally got my money. If you have any kind of common sense you will stay away from this company as if they're the plague. They will take you for a fool and try to keep your money as long as possible. They made me lose two weeks of work and have been the most frustrating company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Avoid at all costs.

Disgusting service, it took them over a year, very POOR customer service. I do NOT recommend. My attorney was 1 hour late, struggled to represent and argue my case, I LOST my case BECAUSE of my ATTORNEY! He kept walking out of the court room to answer his phone ( by this point everyone was just shaking their heads at him). Don't even deserve the 1 STAR. AVOID THIS FIRM!

Absolute joke! It has been over a year and my claim still has not been settled. At the beginning they act soo fast to take your claim on, after that everything drops from 10-0 in no time. Very very slow. Shows how much they care abour their clients its always the same thing when you call in. My case handler has changed on many occasions over the past year. You do not even get notified about these changes. I would avoid at all costs! Receptionists are RUDE! More training needed!!

My attorney always knew what to say and when to say it, or how to answer a question the best and most proper way... Moreover, they are not only professionals but honest and very friendly as well, so it was a pleasure to work with them.

It s taken almost two years to deal with my claim which was not too complex at all. My case was handed over four times to four different people. Whenever I asked for an update I was told I will be called back but I either never was or called back about a month later!! I have now discontinued my claim with them as I lost all patience and faith in them.

I were hit by a car coming with increasing, high speed from a side road while I was engaged in crossing an empty road and hospitalised as a result from impact.
The driver don't reduce the speed because is coming from a side road, dont reduce the speed because his visibility is obstructed by a huge hedge and according to his statement he was looking to the right side only.
Look what they say; "We cannot win because when you were hit, you were on his lane."

They try to cover the driver because is Turk as they are. They are corrupt or incompetent or maybe both.

ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND INCOMPETENT SCAM ARTISTS.

After holding my case for nearly 4 years of nothing being done, after a threat of removal of case we were finally appointed a court date, that was subdued by covid, but at the day of court, the third party had agreed to pay the costs of repair to my vehicle(I had no injury claim). I was relieved that this case could finally be resolved. That was short lived when Ersan & Co informed me that they would be taking 25% of my OUT OF POCKET COST, as a victim of an incident, I am now out of pocket.

In summary, they did nothing with my case for 4 years and took 25% of what I had to pay to get my car fixed.

P.S, if they tell you they will call you back, they won't.
