Norman and Mara were phenomenal lexus staff. The erin park mississauga location was clean, sanitized and organized upon arrival. Norman made me feel safe by following all covid-19 protocols. Communication and guest experience was world-class, I came as a referral from a client of mine... and I m happy to have been taken care of by Norman. Mara provided great assistance to me during my test drive; very friendly, respectful and engaging. Steven was diligent and meticulous, the process I experienced from start to finish is one I look forward to coming back to when I upgrade to my next vehicle.

Horrible customer service. They tell you one thing on the phone - what's included in the service and the cost, then refuse to do that service on your vehicle unless you pay more. Paul, the service manager is extremely RUDE and argumentative! He said he would listen to the phone calls of the staff confirming the service and what's included, then *conveniently* couldn't find the recordings and accused me of LYING. Classless. It wasn't even a big extra to be included - it would have taken 5 minutes to check the additional component on the car (which I was originally told was included in the inspection) and he wouldn't even say, "Our apology for the miscommunication, we'll do it for you this time." A very simple gesture that shows good faith, that you care about your customers, and that you value long-term customer retention. I don't know where Paul learned his customer service or sales skills - but he just earned himself a 1 star review. I expected more from Lexus. And to accuse me of lying was just too much, and very offensive.

Picked up my 2021 RC300 yesterday. What an amazing coupe! This is my 3rd Lexus vehicle from Erin Park Lexus. This Lexus dealership is the best in all of the GTA! I have been dealing with Allen Lu since I first got my 2014 IS 250 back in August of 2013. Your car is the second most expensive purchase you'll make outside of your mortgage so it helps to shop around and this dealership is lightyears ahead of the others. Erin Park Lexus provides excellent customer service from the sales department, service (Carly), and even PJ who knows a lot about the different Lexus models. Can't wait to start enjoying this RC300!
