Read on for edited review........ Equity Solar so far has been an excellent company. Fransisco Cardona came to our house and did a great presentation in explaining and helping us pick the right company for our solar needs. We signed our agreement with great expectations and confidence that we chose right with Equity Solar. We were giving an appointment the very next day for Ivan Bello to come out to inspect our house and do a solar panel site servey. He is absolutely amazing at what he does. Both men are very knowledgeable, professional, respectful and courteous. They both are very willing to be available any time to help with questions, help or anything else that is needed. That in itself is great in a reputable company with great employees. I undoubtedly will recommend Equity Solar to anyone and everyone that will listen and am so excited to start saving money on our electrical bills each month.

Edited......1-3-2020 Very Very dissatisfied with this solar company. They misrepresented what they promised they were going to install. We talked about certain panels. Then we learned through an email for a change order that the panels that were discussed to be installed on our roof were not the ones promised. They did this with out prior notice. Spoke to a representative onnthe phone and thought we had resolved the issue and we would get what we wanted changed back. We refused to sign the chamhe order. The representative told us to sign another paper to not hold up the process of the utility company coming out to activate the promised panels once changed out. Now realised that was not what the paper was for but instead for them to get paid by the finance company. So many more hiccups before this like missing paperwork that needed to be signed twice, those red flags should have stopped me from proceeding. Shame on me but shame on them for being so deceitful. Do not go with this solar company if you want anything done right. Also they pressure you before panels are installed for you to give a great review. Hence the fact why I amediting this review.

I had a concern about my trees because of a comment my daughter-in-law made to me regarding trees covering the roof. I called Bello and he was in the area and he was very diligent to come and inform me that the trees will not be any obstacle since they are north of my home and the roof will benefit all day as it comes out of the south east at sunset. the southwest. Very professional and immediate when removing my stillness. I totally recommend it.

The sales person very helpful did his job but they check my credit and added a hard enquiry with out my authorization i never said it was ok to run my credit and much less to do hard enquiry this is very bad business and damaged my score please be careful and don't take the appointments and they also call you none stop all day even after 6pm

Francisco and the rest of his team Luis and Ivan were simply amazing, respectful and very detailed oriented. They explained everything in detail and, made sure my husband and I understood and had all the answers to all of our questions. We are very happy with them!!

They told me that I would only pay $ 10.00 a ouc, permanent monthly. That is not true. The only truth is a saving. Nothing is fixed and the bill depends on the electricity consumed.

Please read all this reviews this company took advantage of a lady that did not spoke English and the rep Rafaelina signed for the homeowner without her consent and assuring her everything was going to be ok we come to find out my friend didn t know anything now we have to look for legal counsel I m posting this review to help others don t be in the same situation terrible company to deal with-

Complete scam! The salesman lied and said the warranties are all 25 years which is not true.

Equity solar solar panels they sell only come with a 12 year product warranty (not 25 like they said!)

Their labor warranty is only 10 years so if anything breaks after 10 years you pay for it

Roof Warranty is only 5 years!

The 1000 dollars they promised on advertisement is added on to your loan with a 20% finance charge please do not buy from company.
