Very good place to work at.... I had a good experience with EOS due to it was my first job..

U guys need ethics . Especially HR team is useless and most unprofessional.

Good environment to work with. Helping hands provided by all teams.

Very bad experience with this company very bad and pathethi level this people select only those people who r coming from employer pepole even that people are talent or not that they no need I have all knowledgeble people they need only employer reference no if any one want to join this organisation you should have existing employer people connected with you then you can go for an interview very rud bheviour of hr they don't have mnners how to talk and how to get feedback on time to time with connect with candidate they only taken first round then go outside or somewhere else they don't have manner to talk with candidate who r waiting for next feedback they are only told seat for half an hour but actually they come after 4 to 5 hours and then told that you r not selected and no social distancing properly they don't have setting arrangements also please don't go in this very very pathetic company

Well it's a hell of a place person are used for more then 8 hours with a minimum wage and it takes 45 days to earn a month worth of salary in this firm

Having good experience here in Eureka agents getting growth and Good relation here with the agent through the IJP agents getting promotion here I was agent bt through the IJP I got promoted as ER here

This comp is a BPO sector industry where anyone can walk in for interview and get the job there is so many profile like HR, Sale executive, MIS, Operation. Etc

Multiple process but didn't know attrition ration, salary release dates are too late. Supportive HR team.
ER team and few customer service process would really give wings to Eureka.

Omg for heaven sake plz don't visit this eureka BPO ....the male HR is too rude, worst nd hard to handle his attitude, and they r insulting through directly face onwards, as a fresher we face a bit of nervous to be very first, but Hr obligation is make us to comfort nd make calm tog us in friendly zone,but Seriously there patience level was 0..... to be honest my rating for this company was zero

one of the worst company to work in, no job culture, there is no honor in top management. delayed salary salary , no Promotion and many other issues which need to resolved.

Very worst company ever salary cycle, management, manager, TL are Chitiya they extended to employees minimum 3-4 hours daily.

Worst experience they make wait candidates for almost 5hrs and they select candidate by there personal relations. They don't value time of candidates who came for there interview no respect for other people's time.

I went for a interview got selected after 2 weeks of waiting traning started that was also OK the main issue was on time of certification when I was on call with client the trainer didn't let me complete my call and after that I was not feeling well so I left from. There as doctor suggested I was not present for two days when I contacted the trainer she told me that I was fumbling and grammar was not correct in only first call how can she assume that she hasn't allow to take certification again as I requested her she told to talk to HR when I tried to connect to HR she told to contact trainer they both were pushing on each other no result
So I suggest Canadiates not to join opening which ever eureka outsource is providing
Bcoz the process they are having is hopeless
I wasted my time and money nearly a month

Worst company to work the employees and employers are very arrogant in nature and they treat the person as they are not for interview for some slave job something like that. So would suggest not to go for interview over there if you go for some post you are in search of they will not take interview of that post properly and force you to work for telly calling profile so be aware and Google about the company before going for interview.

Worst Corporate Management and no respect to employees. No career and financial growth. Do not recommend anyone to join EOS despite any needs.

The worst management and worst company ever. They don't know how to behave with the interviewers. And the HR (Athif) are so mean they only select the people they know if they don't know the interviewer they won't select and will behave rude with them. I had gone to the interview there, they don't even took the interview & told that we don't have any communication skills.

If executive is suffering from health issue but still team leader and manager said plz come in office if anything will happen any executive so your team leader and management will take any responsibility for that executive and after that give proper resign salary will not proceed and others side some execuive are get absocond he or she received salary these is a different rule for your company.......
so my rating for these company is totally 0 and I will never suggested any one to go Eureka compa

They always deduct the salary for any reason
And the salary is also coming very late no fixed date for salary

I have been working with EOS since last 8 months, the journey is awesome, I have learned management skills, Have learned client interaction a lot. ..The best thing is everyone has scope of growth... .

It is the best place to learn and grown. If you have the zeal and interest , the growth is yours . The learning is tremendous. Open door policy is the best policy of the company where our seniors are always there to help us and guide us.

They seems very unprofessional, I called them for job as I asked for the job tehre was a giy he disconnected my call, then again I called he kept on disconnecting it, atleast you should receive the call and reply, because you guys put the add online and then you deny.

Unprofessional people are working there. They don't give respect to the employees, specifically Deepak Gaikwad and Sagar Farakate. Salary is not given on time. Do not join this company ever. This company deserves a negative ranking.

If you are a fresher don't waste your valuable time here because they will provide target based job & if target not completes u have to extend.
Some times 9 hrs job extend as 12 hrs . No fixed lunch break. Waste of time. Team leaders are not coperative they focused only on lead generation targets nothing else.

But inside staff behavior was not good with employee. They treet them like company is own. And employee issues not listen .
TL as well as manager . RGI sales.
Pls don't go for interview...
