Embutidos Entrepeñas is a family-run business dedicated to the artisanal production and sale of cured meat products from León, Spain. The company operates a factory in Geras de Gordón, located in the northwest of the province of León at 1,200 meters of altitude, where it produces traditional cured meats such as Cecina de León with I.G.P. designation, chorizo, jamón, lomo, and salchichón. In addition to wholesale distribution to other parts of Spain and abroad through trusted distributors, the company sells directly to end consumers through its own physical shops in several cities in northern Spain and via an online store that ships orders throughout Spain and Europe. The business also participates in international food fairs, including Alimentaria Barcelona, Gourmet Madrid, and SIAL Paris.
