I work there we do extruded plastic products the owners care about the people who work for them and we have some major companies we make products for and the company is growing they are hiring to fill positions for their growing business they are picking up new customers and increasing their need for workers they have a good retirement plan and a good medical plan along with a good profit sharing plan I encourage anyone to apply

This place was not the job for me or a good fit. They don't train you properly or train you at all but then will want to have a conversation about why your production rate is low. I was brand new there and they just threw me into it. They gave me a job to do and never checked on me throughout the shift but lied to the lady I went through the hiring service through and said they tried to help when they most certainly did not! It's obvious that they only care about production and not you as an employee. You could be ill or have some kind of emergency and they would only care if your production is high and that's it! Also the supervisor Oakey is not a good supervisor. He only cares about production but not you as an employee. The lead they have on second shift on nights, James, is poor excuse for a lead. He doesn't tell you things until a day later when you should know certain information the first day of work. He also laughed when I said what my production rate was when he should have given me tips to I'm or how to improve my speed.

I was excited to start working there but after a couple of weeks I realized I made a huge mistake by working there. It's an ok company but they just need to train their employees and set their employees up for success because right now they do not

They also need better management and a better lead who actually trains you rather than leaving you on your own for 12 hours.

Yesterday, I had 2 interviews, here, and the H.R. Director was very kind and friendly, during the interview. The building very nice and clean, and the work floor was safe. The employees were all very friendly, as they walked by, and the upper level professionals were nice, as well. I look very much forward to starting, next week, with this great company.

I have worked for this company for 22 years now and we are expanding our growth to double our size. The company cares about their employees to the point of doing a event monthly to show appreciation.Cook outs - catered in pizza- Graters ice cream - free vend on the coffee machines - profit sharing- and a great 401 k match. If you are looking for a career this is the place to start.

Went for a job interview. A good opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in plastic extrusion. Full training and great opportunities for advancement. On a path of 50% growth this year and a unique work schedule that allows for 3 and 4 days off per week. The HR department was stellar and very helpful... Everyone was warm and inviting.

Wouldn't recommend anyone to work there
Unless you like 12 hours of misery and you enjoy being lied to
