My children's preschool, Fulbright Montessori, was acquired by Endeavor Schools in 2023. Since then it has completely gone down hill. Parents are pulling their children out in droves and enrolling them elsewhere—and for good reason!
In just the past few weeks, over 50% of the students have been withdrawn by their parents, with the number continuing to rise as more families plan to leave in the coming weeks.
The situation is equally dire with the staff—over half of the school's employees have resigned. It’s heartbreaking to see Endeavor dismantle the safe and nurturing environment that the previous staff and teachers had created. For working parents, finding reliable child care they trust and feel comfortable with is challenging enough. Endeavor’s mismanagement has destroyed Fulbright as a viable option for families in the Orange County, California - Lake Forest, Irvine, and Baker Ranch communities.
