I've enjoyed my time here so far. 3 months and counting

Been with the company for 9 months now. Was told that there would be lots of opportunities for growth but there isn't. There's cliques in management so if you're not friends with then you dont get promoted. The company doesnt care about us at all. They wrote me up because I was throwing up blood with stomach ulcers and was hospitalized. They dont accept doctors notes eithe . So far I've been working through the covid 19 pandemic. The company upstairs sent there workers to work from home but downstairs specifically said that they were trying to stay in the office. Had a positive for covid and didnt tell anyone until after 2 weeks of that person being gone. Didnt do anything to prevent the spread until it was mandatory by the state. The turnover rate there is so high that they are actually as of today. Offering new people 1500 dollars to stay for 6 months while the tenured agents get nothing for all their endurance of the worst possible place to work. Their morals are disgraceful and I'm almost ashamed to say I'm a part of that company

My place of employment does what it's supposed to put money in my pocket

Was employed with this company for three weeks. Initially I wouldn t take a job less than $16 but I was in need so took this at $14/hr .

Here is what I discovered in my three weeks

They hire for quantity not quality.
The trainer will teach you more about his life than what you need to do your job.
Worst organization and communication I have ever seen in an organization . I still don t know who my supervisor was.
Class went from 9 to just two within the first week.
After all this and calling those horrible accounts I decided it was best to quit. I wouldn t recommend to anyone unless you really were desperate as I was.

If you want to work with a room full of children then go for it. I can t do the child like behavior. I was raised by an educator if my mother was in that training a lot of them would have been sent home.

This company paid for 5 star reviews because the truth is that this is a horrible place to work. Winter stop doing coke in the bathroom everyday!

Employees say it is a great place to work! Lots of advancement opportunities. Beautiful facility

Great place to work for kids just getting out of high school. Some Management is very nice and always willing to give a helping hand.

PRETTY PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THESE LOW LIVES LIKE THESE PEOPLE. THE REVIEWS THAT ARE NEGATIVE ARE REAL. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
