This gym is good if you live near and need only the basics since it is mainly a boxing gym. Sometimes it can be smelly when there are many people working out at the same time

Super boxing venue. Went for a try-out. Very satisfied! Staff is very friendly and teacher extremely experimented. He takes the necessary time to explain series and moves. I highly recommend!!

For Thai boxing classes, new students receive no initiation and are left behind. I had to take private lessons to learn the basic movements, which is outrageous. Some students have been there for years but still do not know the basic gestures because teachers do not correct. Competitors do not mix with beginners, so there is no transfer level. The coaches are very good but they only take care of the fighters.

My son does his internships there. He adores!!! Very good atmosphere. Very good team, particularly Samir and Bilal.

I'm only talking about evening Thai boxing lessons. It is stupendous! I managed to do a whole month of courtship without ever receiving a single counselor.
They are victims of their success. There are more than 40 people per session for a maximum of two teachers, who are busy chatting anyway.
You will find better clubs in Brussels.

I do English Boxing there. It's a great place with pleasant coaches, very motivating and exhausting exercises but after 2 months you already notice the results physically. If you're not particularly interested or don't like boxing, just try it and stick with it for at least 3 weeks and you'll see, you'll love it. I know, because that's what happened with me :)

I moved to bruSels because I Had a job in the EUropean Parliament. I been training here for more than 4 months. I am not a french speaking girl and any time I had questions no one took the time to answer. It seems you need to be Belgium or morrocoan to be in the team. I asked in the reception if there were personal lesson available and they told me is not possible. Someone told me to join davinci gym and I went there but again no body helped me at all even though they mentioned they can make a better price if you train in both gyms because they share the teachers. When I was back in emergence xl the teacher told me it is not possible to make a cheaper offer to me. The professionals have of course special treatment and I understand but again I felt very lonely in this team. I try very hard to get integrated I am a positive girl with good vibes but today it was my last day here. This blonde blonde agresive girl have been kicking hard to me actually harder than it s supposed and after 40 minutes seems like she got tired of me and her friend came to tell me to leave her alone and to go with this group of beginners with the excuse they know English. This kind of sports are related to aggressive people with not very good manners and I must said it s how I felt today. Hopefully there are other places where you don t need a language to be in the family and you find girls who are happy to share their knowledge without hurting on purpose. I am done with this gym.

Worst club in Brussels, incompetent coach, having never boxed in their lives.

I loved the organization on site, I went there to participate in Redbull Kumite and the atmosphere was there. Thank you to the room staff for this moment and your work, it was perfect!

Really many people. Taking a Muay Thai course the teachers just don't have the time to pay attention to the number of people even if the drill exercises that are given are quite good.

Great multi-sports gym: various ombat sports, acro-yoga and fitness classes. They have showers, a sauna and some bike parking outside. May be difficult to park a car during traffic hours.

I wanted to LEARN Boxing, but the courses are more of a training and you will not learn anything, no one explains or corrects you, and certainly not the only coach (teacher) present, on the basic techniques of the different strokes or even have a good guard.

As for the sparring do not even talk about it, you just learn to take full mouth because as a beginner you do not have the techniques, the insurance and reflexes of a person who practices for a long time, the person in face of you who is not at all the same level will just take pleasure in showing you his superiority.
