Bathroom was so dirty had to switch rooms. If you have young kids going to bed before 8-9pm. Don't get a room next to the pool. It doesn't close till 10pm. The noise is like your at the pool yourself. Breakfast was great and omelet lady was amazing. Bar staff and restuarant manger were amazing.

Smaller rooms than most Embassy Suites I've stayed at before. Modern interior. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Excellent selection for breakfast. More drinks were offered during the complimentary drink period than I'd expected. Very friendly staff. Would stay again.

Dusty to the point I could write in it, water left in the coffee maker, streaked mirrors, sheet left on fold out couch and food left underneath it. At least we didn t have the moldy smell and water damage that 2 rooms down from us did.

Although the rooms opens up to a middle courtyard, we found our room VERY QUIET. This is always a plus to find. Room was very clean and the staff was pleasant. Great location as it is not far from both Jamestown and Colonial Williamsburg.
