Great cheesecake.....prices have really gone up compared to when they first opened up the outlet store....but still worth a trip

I was laying over at ORD and had just cleared security when I stumbled upon this kiosk. I purchased a slice of carrot cake. This was the BEST carrot cake that I've ever had.

Always a yummy stop. It's been years since we've been able to go. Got a yummy turtle cheesecake for home and a bites sample tray for the big game party.

My favorite desserts! I have good memories from when my children were able to make their own cheesecake. Unfortunately that's no longer an option. This is the most reliable place to order for gatherings & huge parties. There are other delicious non cheese desserts as well. I love the convenience of ordering online or in person if I'm in the area. Today was an awesome visit to their annual tradition. Great service. They're the best!

I would give Eli s 5 stars but the online prices never match the cafe prices. The cafe has all the better deals and sales- 4 dollar Belgium chocolate vegan cheesecake, 5 dollar plain cheesecakes, 2 dollar butter cakes. The online prices, as a contrast, are highly expensive. I try to go when they have their big warehouse or end of season sales. Right now they aren t allowing customers inside the cafe area and have a half outdoor tent to take orders- which also means it s the online prices you are paying for those cheesecakes. I m patiently waiting for the day I can get my cheapo indulgences again. Until we meet again Eli s!

Lots of different cheesecakes to pick from. They are having a sale next weekend. Great place to shop for cheesecakes. Place is clean and workers are very helpful.

Tastes good but a little too expensive (compared to the quality). They should lower the price 30-40% to be in line with the quality level.

I had a slice of their mediterranean honey cheesecake while in transit from O'hare international. Great tasting dessert and lots of choices of flavors to choose from!

This place has great cheesecake. They offer a video about their story with some samples and a great lunch menu. They have all sorts of dessert options so if cheesecake is not your thing you are still good to go.

It is literally the best cheesecake i ve ever had, and having recently had an average experience with a slice bought in a Chicago ORD airport Kiosk, I can honestly say they have THE BEST customer service I have come across. They went way above and beyond to make sure I tried their cheesecake as it should be - amazing :)

I've been a customer of Eli's for over 20 years and honestly enjoyed it more back then than now. While I understand the customer demand for more selection, it becomes overwhelming. I recently made a stop during their festival, I did arrive later in the afternoon but all their outside activities were geared towards little kids while inside the cashier lines were 10+ people! I came specifically for a tray of plain cheesecake and they were out of stock! Plenty of the fancy stuff & gluten free but out on just regular cheesecake!? Leave the carnival to the carnival professionals and just do what your best known for, delicious cheesecakes! *pic is probably 20 years ago when we really enjoyed cheesecake.

Happily, they were open on Sunday and boy was I in for a surprise. Been awhile since I was there and I was pleasantly surprised.

Love this spot, Elis is legendary and their reputation well earned. Cafe is great for lunch and don't forget to check out The Bargain Bin for some awesome cheesecake at a great price.
