The products were recommended to me by friends who had previously made the purchase and found the veils to be easy to install and of excellent quality. I purchased the EL301 led frame
It is of the highest quality.
It is in high density polyurethane.

I purchased panels (led profiles) and the relative fixing kit. After less than three months the panels have come off, due to old / defective glue (remained attached to the wall, therefore the problem cannot be traced back to a dirty / non-compliant wall).
After sending photos of the damage suffered, I contact the company by phone. I am treated arrogantly and rude, but I get the opportunity to have updates in a few days. Obviously nobody shows up, so I call the company again. The subject I spoke to the previous time is not present, so I ask to be called back the following day. Which will never happen. I simply receive an email (unsigned) in which I am told that the problem is attributable to dust (???) on the wall. I repeat, the glue remained on the wall, so the problem is with the panel, incompatible with the glue supplied.
I strongly advise against relying on this company. The after sales service is bad, the staff almost absent.
Furthermore, even at the time of purchase, there were problems. I purchase "x" numbers of media, I receive "x" minus 5. Professionalism equal to zero.
The material is qualitatively scarce.
I strongly suggest relying on another company.

Following your response to my review, I find myself having to make further clarifications.
1. I had asked to be called by phone for more explanations, but I only received an email, unsigned above all (among other things, after my reminders).
2. In the e-mail refer to problem due to "dirty wall" not to possible dirty panel (thus taking the damage to myself).
3. If it were as you wrote, a problem attributable to the dirty panel, you should also have referred to any compensation.

I repeat, bad after sales service. Society not serious. Poor material (at this point also declared by you - dirty panel -).

Beware!

I bought a fake wooden beam to decorate a fireplace on Amazon, they were so attentive and professional as to let me know in first person that there was a (my) data entry error and they corrected the order, and then after it happened reception of the beam were careful to call back if the order had arrived and if it was in good condition. I have been buying on the internet for years and it is the first time that I have seen such a thing to talk about the excellent product. I congratulate the company.
