Over the years I've worked with some of the top RPO companies in the world. This is not one of them as Cielo likes to claim. Not even close.
The company is too focused on appearing high tech with a fun work environment that they fail to use plain old common sense to resolve obvious, straight forward issues. Leadership at all levels is unprofessional and clueless about the challenges of the recruiting world. They spend a massive amount of resources on the latest tech tools and building their own ATS just to be able to maintain or obtain contracts regardless if they can obtain the promised results.
How about spending more resources trying to understand what candidates want from a company instead of chatting online gossiping about food, personal issues or pets?
I left this place feeling like I learned a lot of useless information from a very disfunctional workplace.
Was led on for almost a month just to get the message from another recruiter that the position has been filled. Entire company is a joke and I m happy that I decided to move on once they didn t reach back out to me. You guys knew who you wanted. Poor communication. DO NOT APPLY HERE
