Staff mood varies from day to day. Bagel had so much cream cheese it was a royal mess

Removed three stars because there are not enough jalapeno bagels here and they always run out, the floor and restaurant area is VERY dirty (unmopped) and the internet speed here is unbearably slow even when it's empty: 239kbps/320kbps - yes kilobits/s in 2017! Shame on them.

That being said, the salsa jalapeno cream cheese is superb with a great spice kick to it. The veggie hummus (replacing the cream cheese with salsa jalapeno) is my favorite sandwich.

Very very slow service the staff never smile or Hello except one and watch out they will not add points always remind them.

Worst service ever, the guy behind the counter didn t even acknowledge myself or the 2 people waiting behind me while he continued to prepare whatever food was ordered before us. No, hi, I ll be right with you in one minute. Just silence. I wasn t in a rush and would have been willing to wait but he didn t even look at us!! RUDE BRO!

Good Bagels and Breakfast, but a little Overpriced.

Great place and nice people.
The only reason I put 3 stars is for the simple fact that if I ask for something to be taken off my bagel it could be because of allergies or just the plain fact that I'm a paying customer, it should be done as requested. Not only did my order not come out how it should've been but when I went to make a second purchase the cashier was informing the guy that was making the orders to make them properly and his response was a shrug showing he didn't care and here we are now.

First off, I would like to start by saying that all of these reviews saying that they have terrible bagels and that they have roaches and rats aren't true. I came to south beach for a few days from NY and trust me, these bagels are New Yorker approved! They are much better than the bagels at Panera Bread and Dunkin Donuts and it is very clean so don't worry about roaches and rats. These were some of the best bagels I have ever had. By the way if you are staying at a hotel on Collins street and want to get a light yet delicious breakfast, I would highly recommend this place which is about 5 minutes driving and 30 minutes walking.

This location is newly renovated and is boasting some new breakfast sandwiches. Breakfast and lunch sandwiches such as the macaroni and cheese BLT or the green chili BLT both with thick cut bacon, lettuce and tomato. The macaroni and green chili is baked directly into the bagels.

They have many new products to try and new coffees. Prices are fair for the Beach.

Parking can be a bit of a hassle due to a small shared parking lot and lack of street parking availability, but this is South Miami Beach. Best get there early for when the bagels first come out.

flies are plenty in the bagel window. a lot of fruit flies and regular flies im sure there are roaches and rats as well.

Waited for service, and waited. But we were entertained by the Gnat flying show in the bagel counter. We left.

I ve been coming here for years now and sometimes the service is amazing and sometimes they miss that.

Bagels are great, freshly made we always get the Grab & Go Bakers Doz. box.

You can also get coffee, OJ, pastry and a variety of juices here.

They deliver and cater as well. With a little more improvement on their customer service they will be able to do better.

Location is a Plus for this one!

For safety purposes I think it s your responsibility of the employees to make sure that the customers abide by the rules of the store be 6 feet apart from each other not on top of each other at the register which happened to me today I think it s unacceptable when we re going through a Covid situation and people are dying in our numbers are going up employee should take responsibility and just be kind to everyone and just explain to them to please stand online 6 feet apart you guys have the stickers on the floor just have the following follow it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would have given it 5 stars, but I couldn t because of the lack of cleanliness. The bagels are delicious, especially the Everything Bagel. The coffee is not so good. The problem with Einstein is that the people who make the bagels grab the trays that all the customers touch with the gloves they wear making our bagels. Any germs that a customer has are transferred to the tray, and then the bagel maker touches that tray and spreads the germs to your bagels. It is not very sanitary. I can t think of any other large fast food chain that has the cook touching the customer handled trays while preparing food. McDonalds doesn t do it, Wendy s doesn t do it, Subway doesn t do it... they have trays at the cash, and they are not handled by the people preparing your food, unless they take off the gloves (like at Subway) or the cashier places the already wrapped up food item and places it on the tray. I have brought this to the attention of the head office two times, and they never do anything about it. This can easily be corrected by simply wrapping up the bagel as if it was to go (same way McDonalds wraps up their burgers), and then the food items is placed on a tray at the cash (never handled by the chef wearing gloves preparing your food), then the customer grabs the tray. Problem solved, and a lot less germs spreading. Another thing I see often is the people preparing the food with gloves, sometimes keep their gloves on to do the cash, or touch the coffee machine. I saw one lady working there answering her cell phone while she still had her food preparation gloves on. The employees don t always change their gloves after handing the cash, phones, public coffee machines etc. The tables and window sills are always full of crumbs and rarely wiped. Before I sit down at the table, I have to wipe the table myself. It s a shame!! I love your bagels - I give them 5 stars, and I will continue to be a customer, I just wish the food practices and locations would be more clean. I hope that Einstein as whole chain can work on this and improve.

Great bagels. You must try the vanilla hazelnut coffee it's awesome. And the staff is great. They treat you like family.

New place with awesome coffee and tasty bakes. Definitely worth a shot if you're in the area! Prices are very reasonable and staff were friendly with us. Lots of people using it as a work space, it had a nice atmosphere. There's a parking lot behind the building too

They didn't have the bagel my sandwich was supposed to come with. They didn't tell me until long after I ordered and paid. Then after I agreed to the substitution, they brought not only a different bagel but an entirely different sandwich.

I love their choice and the breakfast sandwich selections.

Bagels are phenomenal!! Cashier was wearing the same gloves to ring me out and make my bagel....thats not good especially since he rang me out first!!!

First time at Einstein. Employee by the name of Juan took care of me he did an excellent job excellent awesome experience.

Good food, but the setting seemed more like a dunkin donuts than a chill cafe

Come in to store, so buy some bagels, tje employee was putting it in thee baskets, some of the bagels fall in the floor, he took it up on put in the baskets.... very nasty...

Please do not enter this store if you love your life.. There are rats and roaches running up the counter and greese on the walls... I was so grosed out i vomited and ran out.. This just happened can't go out with family without seeing this and feeling sick... God help south beach... That please has ti shutdown. Will be call the city tomorrow..

Good place to grab a quick breakfast bite. While there are stronger breakfast places in the area this is definitely a place you can go to get your fix. Staff is friendly and accommodating food comes out very quickly these people got it down to a science.

Horrible. This woman charged me $2 for a lil more cream cheese. I said u are kidding me. Then she rolled her eyes when I said take it off. I m asking for little more not a table spoon. Her name is Martha in south beach location

They can get pretty busy and have a wait. If you are in a hury check Google for their popular times before going. Food is good.

Unless you buy something with cash they won't give you quarters for your meter. Wow!

I asked for a late and it was a mistake, it took a long time since I had eaten the bagel. The very good bagel, Einstein's usual standard.

We went to try it on the recommendation of a friend and we loved it, we repeated several times. You can choose the flavor of the bagel. The french toast delicious.

Great sandwiches. Their Fountain drinks and coffee and utensils are usually In need a replenishing and wish they ould recycled the plastic they give out to the customers to eat out of instead of it ending up in the trash

Being a tourist with no real bagel experience; I found the bagels tasty. Had breakfast here and likely will have again.

I work literally 20 yards from them. Ordered pretty the same thing everyday. Customer service just awful, no welcome, thank you, good bye's.. NONE. Employee so miserable to work at that place especially this girl Mailyn... By far the worst employee who ever set foot on that bagel joint. 2X she f@&ked my orders, both time didn't even bothered to apologize. Once I complaint to the Manager and apparently either the management failed to inform her about her service or she just pretty much didn't give a s#!t about customer service. I ordered California Lox sandwich in which has a Lox, cucumber, red union, ginger sauce and smear of avocado on sesame bagel. I arrived home and i opened the sandwich and its literally a handful of red union on it, only one slice of cucumber and thin slice of Lox...for $9+.....a f@#kin RED UNION sandwich for $9 ? I went back to complaint.... Instead of apologize, she starting to argue and it's the customer fault. I felt sorry for Einstein Bagels to hire bad employee like her. Just tragic

I come here very often. One word, one name: Pedro. He does Customer Service, he cooks, cleans and does most (if not all) of the stuff. Quality-wise is great. He makes sure you have a great time when visiting the store. Thanks!

I m so sad I attempted to satisfy my lox bagel craving here. The girl at the register was very nice but it did not make up for the fact that the service was slow, food was sub par and overpriced. I spent $20 on two coffees and two bagels.... I would ve been ok spending that money if the food was actually good. Also, what manager on this planet thinks it s a good idea to schedule just two employees on a busy Sunday???? I m just so upset. My lox craving is not satisfied, I m still hungry and I m annoyed that I spent money here. Never again. For a chain, this is just unacceptable.
