eFacturIA is a French service that uses artificial intelligence to extract structured data from invoices and convert them into Factur-X electronic invoices. Users can upload PDF, scanned, or photo invoices and receive standardized data, including invoice numbers, dates, tax and total amounts, issuer and recipient information, and line-item details. The output is formatted as Factur-X XML UBL 2.1 compliant with the EN 16931 standard required by the French e-invoicing reform taking effect on 1 September 2026. Documents are processed in real time without retention, with GDPR-compliant hosting in France. The service offers a free tier of five parsings per day and paid subscription plans ranging from a Starter plan to a Business plan for higher volumes, with the Pro and Business tiers including REST API access.
