This apartment building sucks it has cockroaches throughout the building the water supplier they use is an absolute ripoff so I suggest finding cheaper apartments CHUR

Very bad apartments with high rent and also bitten by bed bugs and water bill was too high

13/11/20 Arrived at the apartment and trying to get property manager to put on the power. We waited most of the afternoon to be told that we can put the power on ourselves??? My daughter and granddaughter rather sort out the problem tomorrow 14/11/20.

Positives: nice friendly security guards, helpful building manager and gym and laundry room on site.
Negatives: water supplier charges way too much- Easy Energy, apartments are poorly ventilated so get very moldy during winter, apartments are tiny and overpriced!

I lived at Zest for 1 year. The water bills have a fixed cost added upon what you use. this cost can go between $50-$70. So add at least $35 to your weekly rent. Take as many photos and videos, when you start and just before leaving. They are very easy to beat in court, they barely make any repairs before you move in and will always say you caused the damage.

They actively get your email wrong when you need to renew your parking spot, but they want to give it away. Thus, stating you gave them the wrong email

Right at the heart of the City. Well connected. Everything is available near the apartment complex. Clean & compact. Good for students and small families.

I'm living at this apartment. Love the free gym, location and everything else is nearby.
