worse customer service i ever had. its government funded so they don't want to help. talked to Amanda on phone regarding translation. very unprofessional and not willing to help. told right away that i am not eligible without even listening. will never go there

Instead of clarifying the kind of service they provide, I received a "no, no, no" answer from a "Mr. Clarkson", who is a "specialist" for this organization. He then hung up on me without saying goodbye. Very unprofessional and unhelpful.
