Eden Spa Romania

An experience way far from my expectations. I bought an online voucher and expected a tropical massage from qualified employees.
First we arrived at the entrance desk and there was nobody. We arrived on time and rang 2 or 3 times but nobody showed up. When a lady finally came she said we arrived to late and missed the first spa part. However she realised we can go to the pool afterwards. They told us what time to be there while scheduling the spa session by phone.

The massage was supposed to last for 60 minutes but it was under 50 with all the preparation. Unfortunately we were massaged by two persons with low experience. There was a very young guy who didn't have the skill on the pressure, so he was rather gently touching the skin. The other person was a tall lady who wasn't better as she didn't focus on any muscle but only putting a lot of oil on my skin.

The rest of the time was spent at the swimming pool where they rented the place for a private party and squeezed us in a hidden area to avoid contact with the others.

Sincerely it was a bad experience for me. I had higher expectations based on the previous massage I had in their other location, in Negulici street.

Amazing hotel, great location in the center of the Bucharest, very pleasant architecture and and an amazing place where you can have a nice time on spa .

Nice atmosphere for relaxing; a little bit high prices.

I had a couple with a couple massage. The man did good, but the lady who massaged me stayed on the phone 20 'as I did "reflexology" - I've seen it before. Sauna and Jacuzzi ok.

I come back with pleasure from time to time. The atmosphere is warm and relaxed, the friendly and friendly staff. Massage, sensational. Cleanliness, professionalism, excellent location.

Very pleasant experience: kind and professionally trained staff, space with rat, I was loaded with a feeling of well-being! I'll be back!

The landscape is dreamlike. Location at the crossing of roads.

The person who massaged me was rude and, instead of having a relaxing experience, I was more stressed.

The massage was decent although the therapist missed some areas such as upper thighs, buttocks or palms.

The shower was not that great (low water pressure and sliding down the support), and there was also no towel (only a bathrobe).

It was a nice experience. I really liked the massage and the overall experience.

I received a gift in Dec 2018 of some massage vouchers from some friends who also bought for them. They were then on the weekend for the massage. We called the fever in 2019 and we were told that vouchers are only valid from Monday to Friday.
The voucher does not mention the need to schedule during the week. I suppose they have more customers during this period and have created this new rule.
I am extremely disappointed. We can not get away from work for a massage.

Unfortunately or fortunately, a bracelet talisman has escaped on foot, and ... unfortunately or fortunately he got under the closet closet. I would never want to see what's out there, dust, hair, plastic bottle. 2 Stars are for showers that look impeccable. The rest does not say thank you, say it was the first and last one when I go to this SPA. Jacuzzi? what kind of Jacuzzi, if anyone had remembered putting this Jacuzzi into operation at least, I did not have time to focus on the moss and Angelli limestone ... seriously, Angelli is serving a SPA like Eden? Please, if the price of the treatment does not cost money for a slightly more decent drink then ... I would suggest to be served with water and lemon. I do not want to comment on the massage, it was not a massage but just a "rub."

Nice quiet oasis in the middle of all the surrounding noise and I'm sure it could be even better with more attention to some details.

For example if you're taking a nice relaxing massage with some appropriate music complementing the atmosphere, all that can shift 180 degrees when hearing staff talking or laughing on the hallway or dropping something (even unintentionally) or walking in "Dutch clogs" or those extremely loud massage oil recipients' clicks in the room.

But then again, it may just be me all stressed out and everything is close to perfection :)
