This location will make you wait if you arrive 5 hours earlier or 5 minutes late, lose-lose situation. Waiting times vary from 4hrs to 32hrs, it's not a typo, you will wait that long to then be sent to a cold storage which charges between $100 to $200 per BOL.
Tight space to enter as well as exiting, the company trailers and other truck drivers will be flooding the tiny road sides inside the complex, giving the other incoming drivers limited space to maneuver.
The paperwork will be: lost/destroyed/miss placed/use as toilet paper/etc when received and "returned" to you, double check you have your actual paperwork as they will give you wrong paperwork or lose pages and then blame the driver.
In conclusion, this location is a sad, unprofessional and ridiculous place to conduct business as a driver; between the miss-information, unnecessary time consuming and the horrid services a decent person wouldn't call this place a "business".

I had a great experience with this company. Showed up for delivery shortly after 6am. Receiving Check-in is at 7am at door Q. Building is labeled nicely. Appt was at 9am and there were 3 other trucks in front of me and they were using only 1 dock. Was unloaded by 9:30am. Excellent, quick work. Easy in, easy out. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5, no bathroom or portable available.

There's a phone number for shipping, a machine puts you on a voicemail immediately after you start speaking. I left many messages but noone says what next? It would be great if someone would actually communicate with drivers because we are people as well

Been here since 1:08pm. Its now 8:07PM.
We have had no food, no facilities for a bathroom, nothing.
They take a meal break and here we sit. Had to back into 2 different docks and still locked down.
Will never accept a load from this shipper again.
They dont care about drivers. PERIOD.
How can you treat people (humans) like this. Wow.
