Incredible store with large class area. Very knowledgeable staff.

Ordered from their online store.
On the checkout I selected and option that said shipping was 00,00$.
3 days later an email stating that the date of shipment was that day.
4 days later, PayPal request for shipping costs.
Maybe it's because I'm European, but the hidden costs don't please me at all.

I love Ecstasy Crafts the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I enjoy the card making classes , I have learned different creative techniques for making the prettiest professional looking cards. This is also my equivalent to a spa day. so relaxing .

I love ordering from Ecstasy Crafts online. They are great people to deal with and have a very large selection of crafting items. The best in Canada for online stores. Your items are shipped quickly and if you have any problem at all with your order they are quick to fix things. Wish I lived closer because I would love to visit the store in person.

Amazing and quick service! I had never heard of Ecstasy Crafts until I discovered incire paper crafting. They came up in a google search when I looked for incire templates available in Canada. I perused their website and discovered all sorts of wonderful items, including tons of beautiful brass stencils on sale for only $1 each. Despite the fact that their sale was HUGE and they sent a warning email letting me know they had many, many orders, they processed my order extremely quickly. I am very pleased with their products and their service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is interested in paper crafting.

I was thrilled to find Lavinia stamps for sale in Canada. Received my package quickly. Love the points we collect with each order. Was going to purchase my Arkon mount on Amazon so I can film You Tube videos, but saw the Arkon site listed Ecstasy Crafts as a source for purchase. Arkon order qualified me for free shipping and points. Why shop elsewhere!

The ability to redeem points from premium membership at checkout is difficult.

Wonderfully helpful staff and all of them are very knowledgable about their products. I have had questions and they have answered them all with additional helpful tips and tricks. Very nice staff to speak to as well as deal with in the store. If you have a problem with a product it is taken care of immediately.

It is so wonderful to have a true Scrapbook/Cardmaking craft store locally! They offer a wide variety of quality products, including the latest trends. The pricing is competitive. I found that they were cheaper than Amazon and being able to go in person is even better. Staff are all very helpful and friendly. I've gone twice this week alone, I may need a second job to support my shopping habits :)

The products and prices are great and shipping is fast if they are not having a large sale...customer service is very lacking. I had a problem with my last order and almost 3 weeks later and no response to my emails.

Ecstasy Crafts of Shannonville has the best collection of paper crafting and embroidery on papers. I recently bought Marianne design craft from here. It was really beautiful. I gifted it to my friend. She like it too. There collection is really good.

I have just started to make my own greeting cards. My daughter's grandmother has been making them for over 10 years and regularly has my girls to her house and they craft all day long making beautiful things. She was so excited to take my daughter and I to the store. We travelled from Kingston together so she could pick up supplies and so I could get some of my own tools to get started.

My daughter and I heard all about the excellent service, how friendly and helpful people have been when she's gone over the years and how they even know her by name.

The selection was utterly amazing, and I loved seeing all the cards made by others throughout the store. Very inspiring!

I visited the store last week and was overwhelmed by the store's vast array of accessories and supplies. The ladies who worked at the store (and even the customers) were super nice, providing helpful hints on how to work out a crafting technique.
