Have opted out of virtual ins payments four times now and the cards keep coming. Telephone wait times grossly underestimated tho the svc rep herself was apologetic and understanding but powerless to effect change. "Opted me out" again!

Ever since caresource started to work with this company there has been extremely long wait times on claim payouts to providers. I really wish they would of stayed with instamed.

For small providers this is a bad way of trying to get your payments to keep cash flow. The wait times are longer than the recorded messages say and the service is luke warm.
