Eaton Compressor & Fabrication

Got this compressor a few weeks back and I’m very pleased with it. It runs incredibly quietly and the team at Eaton Compressor was a breeze to work with. It handles a load of around 27 CFM without breaking a sweat, keeping up perfectly with my demands. I’d highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a reliable air compressor.

I recently bought a Polar Air compressor, specifically a 7.5hp model with an 80-gallon tank and a 10hp06D pump, and I have to say Eaton Compressor is a pleasure to deal with. The staff is polite and really goes out of their way to help. The unit runs incredibly quietly for its size—easily half as loud as the Quincy QT-5 it replaced. It also fills up fast and handles my shop’s 27cfm demand without breaking a sweat. I’m also impressed with how quickly they ship parts like oil and filters. Everything has been running smoothly so far. Highly recommend them for anyone in the US looking for a reliable rotary air compressor.

After doing my due diligence, I decided to go with Eaton Compressor for a Polar unit, and it was easily the best choice I made. I was really impressed by how well the packaging was done upon arrival. I had heard it was quiet, but it’s even better than I expected. It’s become an essential part of my shop, and my friends are definitely envious. The support team was fantastic—they even proactively called to check in and make sure I had everything I needed for my first oil change.

Impressed by how quiet this air compressor is, it even surprised my customers. Great service and a solid purchase from Eaton Compressor.

I recently bought the 7.5hp Industrial Plus Compressor from Eaton Compressor and couldn't be happier. It arrived about a month after I placed the order, which was reasonable. Their team in the office and the technicians are both responsive and really know their stuff. The Silent Air feature is a game-changer; it’s so much quieter than my previous unit, making it a lot nicer to have in the same space. Plus, knowing it’s a quality product made right here in the USA is a huge plus for me.

Eaton Compressor delivered a top-tier experience from start to finish. Their team is incredibly responsive and made the buying and shipping process seamless. While their service is outstanding, the real star is the equipment itself. This compressor is remarkably quiet and robust, making it the perfect foundation for any shop setup. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable quality.

Kudos to the team at Eaton Compressor for the excellent warranty service! A special shout-out to Matt for his personal touch and all the help he provided.

Eaton Compressor delivered on their promise for shipping. The packaging was solid and protected the equipment well. I found the setup process straightforward thanks to the clear instructions, and the machine has been running smoothly ever since. It’s significantly quieter than my old 3hp brand X unit, making a huge difference in the shop environment. On top of being much more pleasant to work around, it also delivers superior CFM output.

Eaton Compressor really nailed it with their 5 hp Quiet Air Compressor. It runs so smoothly and quietly that it easily handles all our air tools without breaking a sweat. Having owned between seven and eight compressors since the late 70s, I can confidently say this is the best quality unit we’ve ever had. Plus, knowing it’s made in the USA adds serious value to the purchase.

I purchased a 7.5hp vertical unit from Eaton Compressor and it is absolutely built like a tank. The quiet air feature really works—it’s incredibly quiet, yet the power output completely surprised me. I needed it for a vapor blasting cabinet and this machine handles the job more than adequately. Highly recommend getting this model.

The Eaton Compressor unit is incredibly quiet and runs much more efficiently than our previous model. Even though we haven’t owned it long, it’s been a great upgrade, and I would definitely recommend it to others.

I needed to replace my aging Sanborn 80-gallon compressor and seriously considered an IR T30, but the specs on the Polar model won me over. I was impressed by how securely it arrived in its shipping crate, indicating high build quality from Eaton Compressor. The standout feature is definitely the noise level; while not completely silent, it is a massive improvement over my old unit. I actually measured the difference using a sound level app from about six feet away: the new machine runs at a manageable 77dB, compared to the 87dB of the Sanborn. That 10dB drop represents a tenfold reduction in sound pressure, which is genuinely impressive. As a customer, I am very satisfied with this purchase.

I’m really impressed with the build quality of this Eaton Compressor. It operates incredibly quietly and has plenty of power for my needs.

I am thoroughly impressed with this compressor from Eaton Compressor. The Whisper Quiet technology is a game-changer; it runs so smoothly that you barely hear it working, yet it effortlessly handles all the heavy lifting in our shop. A fantastic addition to our operations!

I bought the Single Phase, 80 Gallon Tank, Vertical, Quiet Air Compressor and I am really happy with this machine. It is very quiet in operation. Although I ran into some minor issues during shipping, the team at Eaton Compressor was always ready to help and got things sorted out quickly. I would definitely buy from Eaton again.

Swapped out a 40-year-old Emglo for this unit in my body shop and the upgrade is night and day. It pressurizes in roughly two minutes, recovers fast, and runs incredibly quietly. The team at Eaton Compressor was a pleasure to work with, and shipping was quick. What really sold me was the five-year warranty; most competitors only offer one. Really looking forward to putting some serious hours on this machine. Solid work!

We just installed the air compressor and dryer in our new workshop, and we love that we can leave it out on display. Unlike our old, noisy unit that had to be tucked away in a closet, this Eaton Compressor is so quiet that you barely notice it running, even when we’re on the phone. It looks great and performs even better. The customer service was excellent too—the equipment was ready for pickup exactly when scheduled, which is a rare treat these days!

I installed a heavy-duty unit from Eaton Compressor on a 60-gal tank with a 5 HP electric motor back in 2006. It has been the heart of my fab and weld shop for over 15 years now. Truly the best compressor I’ve ever owned.

The Eaton compressor exceeded my expectations, delivering reliable performance right out of the box. As a manufacturer known for quality rotary and piston units, they certainly delivered on their promise. I am fully satisfied with this purchase and would gladly choose Eaton again for my next air compressor or air tool upgrade.

I’ve been thoroughly impressed with the quality of the compressors and the top-notch service at Eaton Compressor. Whether you need rotary or piston units, they deliver excellence. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for reliable equipment and support.

Switching to the Eaton Compressor 10HP, 80-gallon unit was a game-changer for our shop. We replaced our old 3HP, 50-gallon model, and the difference is night and day. The new setup is incredibly quiet, so no more dealing with loud machinery, and the included air dryer delivers much cleaner air for our projects. On top of that, the installation process was super straightforward.

As a powder coating professional, I need a compressor that can feed multiple units without breaking a sweat. The Eaton Compressor delivers exactly that. The continuous run feature is a game-changer, ensuring I never run out of air mid-job. It handles my workload effortlessly and has completely eliminated the downtime I experienced with my previous machine.

I am thoroughly impressed with the air compressor and dryer we received from Eaton Compressor. We installed them in our school’s workshop, and their performance has exceeded all our expectations. The best feature is definitely the low noise level, which allows us to conduct classes comfortably without raising our voices above the machinery hum. Given the quality and functionality, this was a fantastic investment. We are confident these units will provide many years of reliable, quiet operation.

We bought several of these units from Eaton Compressor about half a decade ago, and they have held up well. They serve as a direct bolt-in replacement for the Champion R15 pump, making them a smart choice for budget-conscious clients. The build quality is solid, and they operate smoothly for the price. Just be aware that they can leak a bit of oil, and using the head unloaders tends to wear out air filters faster. Despite these minor quirks, they remain among the best replacement pumps available.

The valve on my unit stopped closing properly after about 3.5 years. I’ll have to buy a replacement part from Eaton Compressor to fix the issue.

Eaton Compressor delivered exactly what we needed. As a shop specializing in repairs, restorations, and modifications, we juggle multiple air tools, a large blast cabinet, and spray guns simultaneously. This unit handles our workload effortlessly and offers outstanding value for the money.

I purchased this unit for my oil undercoating work and it has performed excellently. The air supply has been consistent and the compressor runs surprisingly quiet with zero issues so far.

I won a raffle for a horizontal commercial air compressor that looked decent but was well-worn. I told the organizer I’d take it off his hands, and six months later, the unit arrived in my new garage. Since it ran on three-phase power, I installed a Baldor motor and paired it with a 7.5 hp three-cylinder head from Eaton Compressor. The setup runs quietly and delivers an impressive volume of air. I also own an older 60-gallon tank from a Tennessee manufacturer whose pump has already given up the ghost. I plan to order a new 5 hp vertical replacement pump from them soon. American manufacturers could learn a thing or two from Eaton; their customer service is genuinely outstanding.

Chris Roach did a fantastic job servicing our 30HP rotary screw compressor today. He was very professional, clean, and meticulous. Best Regards, Joe Sr. Fabrication Technology Lead

I never thought I’d find an air compressor that could actually keep up with the demands of a custom cabinet shop, but the Eaton Compressor rotary screw unit has completely changed the game for us. We needed serious power to run a paint booth, multiple hinge and edge banding machines, a wide belt sander, and a CNC simultaneously, without constantly blowing out piston compressors like our old IR units did. The decision came down to both the hardware and the service. Talking to the team at Eaton Compressor was a breath of fresh air. I spoke with a knowledgeable rep who helped me size the right machine, and later connected with Mr. Cain to walk through every detail. Their maintenance and warranty structure is incredibly straightforward: you just buy an annual service kit, and that keeps your 10-year warranty valid. It’s that simple. On the technical side, this 20 HP variable speed rotary screw compressor is incredibly quiet—barely louder than a kitchen blender—which is a massive bonus in a shop environment. We added prefilters to handle the dust, and the integrated cooler and dryer have been essential for keeping our air dry in the humid Southeast, resulting in much higher-quality finishes. The control panel keeps track of all usage and service schedules, making maintenance a breeze. I just finished the 600-hour break-in service, and it went off without a hitch. If you need reliable, cool, dry air for professional work, I highly recommend Eaton Compressor.

Megan did a fantastic job keeping us in the loop about the delivery timeline. We ordered on Thursday and the unit arrived by Friday afternoon—super fast shipping! Installation was a breeze the next morning, and the performance is even better than we hoped for. It’s incredibly quiet but pumps an impressive amount of air. We’re really happy we chose the variable speed motor; it’s super efficient and adjusts the speed based on our plant's air demand. The compressor filled our 120-gallon tank in just over a minute. If you’re on the fence about this 30 HP Rotary Screw Air Compressor, go for it. Eaton Compressor’s service is top-notch, and the machine exceeds all expectations.

Installed an Eaton compressor about a year ago and couldn’t be happier with the choice. It completely eclipsed my old Craftsman model. The best part? It’s incredibly quiet—I actually have to double-check that it hasn’t stopped running because of how silent it is. A solid buy!

I wanted to share my experience after purchasing an air compressor from Eaton Compressor at a farm show last year. My husband relies on it daily, often running it for long shifts, and it has handled everything we’ve thrown at it with ease. The equipment is top-notch, and the buying process was seamless. Truly a great product and a pleasure to do business with!

Eaton Compressor really delivers on quality. This unit is solidly built and totally worth the investment. I was also impressed by their warranty, which easily beats the competition.

I installed this Eaton pump in my workshop back in 2012. I originally owned a larger 10-horsepower compressor at home and planned to upgrade, but the performance of this 5-horse unit exceeded my expectations, providing ample airflow for my needs, so I never made the switch. Honestly, if I had known it could deliver that much power, I would have gone with the smaller motor from the start. The efficiency is really impressive; my existing 10-horse compressor with a 120-gallon tank takes only about 5 and a half minutes to reach 180 PSI from empty.

This Eaton Compressor unit is a massive upgrade from my old Ingersol Rand. It runs significantly quieter, so I can actually hold conversations in the equipment room without stepping outside. Plus, it delivers performance without overworking itself.

Highly recommend Eaton Compressor! I’m planning to get this pump soon because the quality is just right. It’s a fantastic piece of machinery for any setup.

The team at Eaton Compressor is incredibly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

I’ve been running a 10hp screw compressor from Eaton Compressor for the past five to seven years. I didn’t put it through its paces initially while I was just starting out in my garage, but once we moved into our proper shop, the machine really earned its keep. I had a great experience when an oil filter fitting failed on a Friday night. I called their emergency line and spoke with Bert, who quickly diagnosed the issue. He let me know they had experienced a run of bad filter parts around the time my unit was built, so they covered the replacement under warranty. I had the new part in hand by Monday and was back in business. Later, I noticed a leak around the pump seal, which seemed to happen after the filter housing incident. I called Bert again, and this time he sent a technician from their Ohio facility to my shop in Illinois to handle the repair. The work was excellent, and once again, Eaton covered everything since my usage hours were quite low. I’m thoroughly impressed with the support I’ve received from the Eaton Compressor team and have nothing but praise for them. I definitely plan to buy a larger unit from them in the future!

Five years in my woodshop and this Eaton Compressor pump still delivers reliable power. It easily handles high-demand tasks like my 10cfm Venturi vacuum press, which requires a massive volume of air. While the noise level is higher than I expected, I am very satisfied with its performance and durability.

The air dryer installed at our Saltillo facility has been running flawlessly ever since. No issues at all. Big thanks to the Eaton Compressor team for the quality equipment. Highly recommended!

Eaton Compressor really delivered on their promises. The 10HP and 25HP units have performed exactly as Matt Cain described, giving us total peace of mind. We feel completely secure in the quality of their equipment.

I’ve spent thirty-five years in the auto body trade, and I can honestly say that Eaton Compressor stands out as a model of integrity and quality. After two months of research, I purchased a 10-horsepower Polar Air rotary screw compressor. Although the unit arrived with some transit damage, their customer service was exceptional. I was connected with Bert, a lead tech who took the time to help me assess the damage late in the evening, even while attending his child’s game. The next day, owners Matt and Tina personally called to arrange a replacement compressor, which was sent out immediately. I also ordered an air dryer, and the experience was seamless. From Megan in online sales to Susan in the office and Bert in technical support, everyone demonstrated genuine honesty and dedication. Based here in the California valley between San Francisco and Sacramento, I highly recommend Eaton Compressor for their top-notch American-made equipment and superior people. You won’t be disappointed.

My experience with Eaton Compressor has been nothing short of exceptional. I recently purchased a 10 HP Rotary Screw Air Compressor from their catalog, and I am extremely pleased with the all-American craftsmanship and the competitive pricing. Even though the unit sustained some transit damage, their customer service team went above and beyond to ensure a quick resolution. Bert, one of their lead technicians, was incredibly accommodating, answering my call late in the evening while attending his child’s game just to help troubleshoot the issue. The following day, the owners, Matt and Tina, personally reached out on their day off to confirm a replacement was already on the way. I subsequently ordered an air dryer from them as well, and I know I made the right choice. Having worked in the auto-body industry for 35 years and served as an ordained minister for two decades, I can confidently say I have rarely encountered a business with such genuine integrity and honesty. From Megan in online sales to Susan in the office, everyone at Eaton Compressor embodies true American exceptionalism. If you are in California, anywhere between San Francisco and Sacramento, I highly recommend checking out their shop and products—you won’t be disappointed.

I’m really happy with the air compressor from Eaton Compressor. It’s been running smoothly for me. I just went through the second oil change, and everything is still in great shape.

After using three older Polar units for years, we finally upgraded our entire facility with a new air dryer from Eaton Compressor, and the difference is night and day. You can tell they have put serious research into these newer models. It came ready to go and has been flawless since day one. It completely removes moisture from our compressed air line and has handled our hot summer months with ease, even running beyond its rated CFM capacity without breaking a sweat. Easily the best unit we have ever owned.

It’s rare to find a company that truly stands out, but Eaton Compressor definitely does. The customer service is top-notch, and their warranty policy is second to none. I had a few questions and ran into a small issue, and Matt Cain handled everything perfectly—he went above and beyond in a way I haven’t seen from other suppliers. The equipment is high quality and compares favorably to other brands on the market. I’ll definitely be a returning customer and have already recommended them to friends in Texas.

I purchased a 30 HP rotary screw air compressor from Eaton Compressor in July and have been impressed with its reliability. It has been running continuously, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, without any problems. As a newcomer to compressor technology, I was overwhelmed by the high prices quoted by local dealers for similar units. Discovering Eaton Compressor on eBay was a great find, offering a high-quality machine at a much more affordable price point. Thank you for your assistance.

I bought a 10HP screw compressor from Matt back in April, and it has been a fantastic upgrade. A few years ago, I purchased a 15HP Sullair ES-8 setup with a tank and dryer, so I have a direct comparison to make. The Eaton model is significantly quieter and boasts superior build quality compared to my previous Sullair unit. The air end runs flawlessly, delivering excellent performance even under high demand, and the energy efficiency is outstanding—I managed to save about 30% compared to a comparable Sullair unit. The dryer works perfectly too. As my business expands, I plan to stick exclusively with Eaton Compressors moving forward. Big thanks to the entire team at Eaton Compressor for the great service. Keep up the good work. Sincerely, Jay Longtain, Veros MCM LLC
