Dirty tables everywhere. Most of staff seemed not interested in anything.

We went for breakfast service was horrible, our server could never be found for small things like another cup of coffee. The food was lukewarm and tasteless. We will not return any time soon.

I really like eating at this restaurant. The food is always fresh, if not they will accommodate you. I just need some coupons

Eat'n Park is great restaurant to eat breakfast and lunch.

The salad was okay for my wife but the fish was that great in the waitress seem to be always in a hurry to go somewhere

Food wasn't as hot as it should have been coming out of the grease, and with not many people in attendance. Tasted ok.

This eat n park is by far the worst. The waitress never brought my drink never checked on us. Everyone on the wait staff sucks. They should of put in a Bob Evans.

It was pretty awesome. The only complaint I have is the confusing way the parking lot is in correlation with the entrance. Otherwise a great place to have a nice meal.

I didn't have salad bar but I was very unhappy to see the things happening to it. Kids smelling food and putting it back, no supervision. Waitress not very attentive to customers, salad attended not taking proper protocol in flipping pots. Put new on top of old. I'm sure ur produce cost is sky high. Not a happy camper at all.

Every time I return back to work to eat my meal, something is missing or wrong. This last time was it for me, I will not be back! I ordered Nantucket cod, rice, and apple sauce. What I got was cod with soggy topping of breadcrumbs?? In a 1/2 inch of buttery water?? And NO applesauce...I called the restaurant right away, they said the manager was busy, so I left my number, never got a callback and this was 3 weeks ago. I always tip, even through the drive up window, I expect to get what I ordered, this is unacceptable for any business, let alone eat n park. Also, tell me what manager is too busy to take a call from a customer who has an issue...unprofessional!!

Waiter was nice. My food was lukewarm. Vegetable omelet added spinach & 1 pancake (shared the 2 pancake order with my friend who only wanted 1 also) since I never send food back I chose to heat it up at home & at home it heated up nicely.

A nice, inexpensive place to eat with a great salad bar.

Much about eat n park has changed...its good for a quick bit of semi home cooked

Horrible service. .. waited for ever to take my order and then closed the salad bar down while I was getting my salad. Waiter came by my seat twice the whole time we were there. Won't go there again

I tried this place again guess I'm a gluten for punishment. I ordered a breakfast smile, my eggs dried up and my bacon burnt. I told the waitress my suppose to be cheese eggs had no cheese, she suggested that I get cheese added on it. The eggs were already dry I just let the food sit there when she brought me my bill she just took the eggs off. I just paid and left I came to the conclusion that I will not return

Terrible expierence 1st they got our order wrong, i was overcharged $22 (still gave a tip) and left hungry and thirsty. They didnt offer a water or give me and my lady our eat n park cookies to go..server touch my food with bare hands after playing with money

Salad bar was very disappointing, the bathrooms we're very dirty, we will not be stopping back at that one.

Good brunch buffet, but not outstanding. All foods prepared and served well. Clean, friendly, welcoming.

This is the worst eat n park in the whole chain for service. Always an issue every time yo go to Fox Chapel. Terrible seating and wait staff.

Not the best Eat'n Park in the burgh. Food mediocre and staff not so friendly. The one one McKnight Road is way better.

I had eaten at shadyside in pgh. I and a friend used to go to celebrate on each others birthdays a long time ago. I missed doing that kind of thing, enjoying eating out w/ a friend. The price is reasonable & I get a smiley cookie.

Eat n Park after anything, is always a good way to wind down and reflect on the days events.

We were there before 11am waitress said ok. We were charged after 11am prices, I said where is the manger she said she's cooking, we left

Only issue the waiter took forever to check back with us.

It's Eat n Park. Not much to say about it. Very nice people and even when it's really busy.

Very poor service ordered 5 different meals and only one was correct. The manager was very rude and told us they weren't there for our convenience if we wanted to live like homeless people begging for food then go down town to the corner and sit. Because we asked for our check to be corrected because she only took off 3.49$ for four different meals being wrong and she got an attitude and was like the front door is unlocked you can just see your way out.

The food isn't great, but it isn't bad either. The servers are always nice. Easy place to take kids and a large family group.

The food was really just not good. I had a breakfast crossiant and it looked amazing but really it tasted like it came out of a freezer bag. And so did the potatoes which were def undercooked. The coffee was meh as well unfortunately

A nice salad bar and filling meals for a reasonable price. Much better than quick fast food when you're in a hurry.

Had the senior salad bar it was tuesday. Service was good. We were not rushed to leave. We relaxed and enjoyed our food before we went to my friends' Doctors appointment at 5:00pm. Would recommend this place to anyone for good food at a reasonable price.

Didn't get services for more than 10 min and I was with my children..not very courteous

Fish Sandwich was Watery Could taste of frozen water , Bread on fish Was not quite done on inside. Need more of the fruit salad

I love their fish sandwich(a fave of mine) & salad bar. The wait staff are usually friendly. They just need better training to hide their frustrations. Seen young girls constantly rolling their eyes after leaving a customer's table once they turned their back. Doesn't entice me to come back and get service from them.

No fewer than 6 tables around mine and including mine received the incorrect food and bad service. Also did not receive the food we ordered. Wait staff said the cooks did all of th he incorrect plates and they were understaffed.

They ran out of rye bread at the sharpsburgh eat'n park. Very disappointing. Rye bread has become more popular than white bread. Management needs to upgrade their thoughts on supplying better for the general public.

The waiter did not hear I want chix club she just brought me soup every time I go there something is wrong

It's ok for a usually quick dinner but food isn't as good as it used to be.

Slow service, waitress kept up refilling coffee. But we waited 1hr and 15 minutes for our breakfast. French toast and pancakes were cold.

My Mom's favorite place to eat lunch; a big menu with lots of her "comfort foods", and breakfast available any time.

Went there at 830pm for dinner to have salad bar. Placed order got a bowl off soup it was about 10 minutes before 9pm snd I went to salad bar there was no serving utensils. Asked girl who came out to the salad bar she said they close it at 9pm not 9 yet and I was not told by waitress that they closed its 9pm I played for a soup and salad bar ended up with one very expensive bowl of chicken noodle soup will not go there ever again waitress didn't seem to care that I was disgruntled with paying for salad bar price and only hot soup I usually go. To natrona Heights Eat'n Psrk but if this is how their running the restaurant's now I think ho to Kings or Denny's. Only went there cause I had been at St Margaret's hospital all day and was tired and hungry bad decision.

The waitresses here are very nice. My daughter and I eat here when its a girls day and we have always had great service.

I went there after work after a 16-hour shift me and my co-worker went there to eat for dinner where me and her had a good time what we had a good conversation and the food was great especially all customer service was even more phenomenal great place to eat

I was very un happy with my server. My server was very slow and wash"t very friendly. My burger was cold and my fries were very few on the plate. I did like my broccoli soup and the strawberry lemon aide. I will not be going to this location anytime soon.

Waitress was nice, service good, food good, your app lacks good deals that are offered by other restaurants, I felt that it was a waste of time downloading it. Overall decent experience.

My mom and I had the server Maureen. At first she asked us what drink we would like. I said regular lemonade my mom asked for sprite. When she gave us our drinks they were so watery we had to order another drink. When she came back with my food (I had the sirloin steak and two baked potatoes) my food was cold it taste like it had been out for like twenty minutes before it was given to me. My mom ordered the grilled chicken salad. She was suppose to get garlic bread and she had to ask Maureen twice for it. I love eating at eatin park but this was just unacceptable. By the way we left no tip.
