The staff from E2 Solar who installed the 33 solar panels on my standing seam metal roof where skilled, knowledgable, timely and took care not to damage the new metal roofing. They left the site clean, the array is extremely secure and looks great. The hookup completed by the E2 electrician, despite requiring installation of a number of boxes on two different buildings was clean, neat, tidy and completed in two days. However, I have been disappointed by the E2's poor customer service and lack of communication. Information about scheduling and rebates typically required multiple inquiries on my part. Most annoying was the month-long delay between installation of the system and getting it switched on and generating power. Finally, it took E2 over a month from completing installation to finally providing the promised system orientation and delivery of system documentation.

Great company. We were very impressed with E2 throughout the entire process from our original quote through installation. Top quality people and equipment.

We ve had our units for a little less than a year now. They have been completely trouble free and E2 Solar has been very helpful answering any questions. It s quite nice only having a $10.00 a month electricity bill!!
