After testing direct drives from Voron, Bondtech, BiQU, and Microswiss on my Creality CR-10 Max, the DyzEnd Pro from Dyze Design stands out as the most precise option I’ve used. Its performance is exceptional across TPU, PLA, PLA+, PETG, and Nylon. The combination of the 500C hotend and the extruder ensures incredibly consistent filament temperatures, resulting in beautiful prints. The tungsten nozzle holds heat significantly better than any competing product.

For a company like Dyze Design that specializes in high-performance 3D printer components, I expected better cosmetic quality. I received parts with noticeable dents that looked like they were mishandled after machining. While these marks probably won't affect performance significantly, it is still frustrating to receive otherwise beautifully machined parts with such visible imperfections.

I received a PT100 replacement from Dyze Design in Lemoyne, and now my setup is running perfectly. I’ve been printing almost continuously, and the quality of the output is genuinely impressive. Just be prepared to dedicate some time to calibration—patience is key here. Once you dial in the right settings and g-code, the results speak for themselves. I’m getting zero jamming, clogging, or interruptions; it’s just smooth, consistent printing. Yes, it’s a pricey investment and tweaking the parameters can be a bit frustrating, but it is absolutely worth it. I’ve tried four different extruder and hotend combinations, and this is by far the best one I’ve used.

Dyze Design offers solid hardware for upgrading 3D printers, but I can't give this a higher rating. The PT100 sensor I ordered arrived defective right out of the box, which was a letdown.

I’ve been using Dyze Design components from Lemoyne and they really stand out. There’s a certain magic to how they’re engineered. While I’ve got a few gripes—like the longer filament path where the heatsink could have been integrated into the gearbox housing like you see with some Chinese BMG-Aero or Titan Aero models, plus the price, height, and weight—my overall experience is positive. Early units did have some defects, but that’s a minor note. The real star here is their customer support. My account had glitches where messages never reached them, and I got no email copies. I actually let their first follow-up slide because of the radio silence, but when they finally reached out a day or two later, they were relentless about fixing the issue. It’s refreshing to see that level of dedication. Technically, the extruder and hotend are impressively light for their class. The ceramic coating and chamfered filament path are smart touches that should mitigate issues from the longer travel. I also appreciate that they used a bronze bushing in the drive chain instead of a ball bearing, which avoids conflicts with other parts and offers better strength. The extrusion power is incredible, and the hobbed gears don’t damage the filament at all. Solid upgrade kit.
