Beautiful complex with huge shopping mall and an exaggerated amount of shops (but on the other hand in Japan most of the more westernized commercial things are exaggerated). I recommend a visit to the 52nd floor of the skyscraper from which you can admire a truly spectacular view of Tokyo, go there late in the afternoon so that you can appreciate it both with light and dark, all those lights are fascinating

If you go at night, you can see the night view well. It was 1800 yen, and I wanted to be expensive, but when I went up, it was really beautiful. It will be good to see you in the period of preaching about Pixar until September! (Included in admission to the Pixar exhibition)

I have had the opportunity to go there several times. This building has a shopping center (luxury brands) but also places for artistic exhibitions.
Well served, pleasant and organized staff despite the large number of visitors.
Calmer around late June early July. Lots of people in late August early September.

One of my favorite places in TOKYO. If you drive an expensive car, that is the place to park, and also for EV. My favorite fashion store there is ESTINATION. Great seletion of clothes there. Roppongi Hills offer a lot more if you go beyond the main building. Great atmosphere all around.

Weekdays are recommended for night TCV and sky deck.
On the weekends and holidays, the night view is a little sober because the company is a good night.
And the sunset is really beautiful. Personally, I think this is more worth watching. If you go for sunset time, you can enjoy one hour.
You can also see the silhouette of Mt. Fuji bathing in the sunset if it is sunny.
The sky deck is colder than the ground by one or two degrees Celsius and there is wind, so it's best to wear an extra piece.
You can go in and out if you do not get off the third floor, so you can go to the rooftop and go to a locker to get your clothes if it's cold.
Also, TCV has a cliff underneath and you can see directly below, but there are various decks around, so it looks like you look far away.

We visited the mall on our visit to the Mori Tower to go to the observatory. The commercial area is part of an elegant residential complex with a beautiful adjacent park named Mori garden. There are a lot of entertainment besides big fashion brands stores, restaurants and bars. In the square, in addition to many Doremon, there is the huge bronze and steel sculpture representing a spider Maman, by the artist Louise Bourgeois.

Because it is a place to go from the beginning which was made every other day at work, I do not have a feeling other than the workplace. TV Asahi is on the immediate side and I often watch talent at the plaza. There are a lot of talents in the residence towers. It is an affluent zone.

It was totally okay. Not at all what I imagined though. Indoors you got a 180 degree angle, I thought you could see 360 degrees. There was a roof terrace, but we did not find it and I do not know if you had to pay more to get there. Entry to Tokyo City view cost 3,600 yen for two adults (our daughter is under 4, so she had to come in for free).

I encountered a family of actors. I was able to play a very unique role, so I felt strange when I looked at the private side, but it was smiling.
It didn't seem like anyone else noticed.
The observatory is also wonderful. It's beautiful because it's still a new building from the history.

Everything in Hills "last name" is synonymous with Mori. The surname of the Japanese real estate magnate (a peasant Trump?) Obsessed by this type of urban development in height and with services to the
Height of your standing.

The movie "Lost in translation" did a lot of damage and Rppongi became a pilgrimage site for many visitors to Tokyo.

Visiting this complex makes sense to me for students of economics, urban planning, architects, apprentices / admirers of real estate speculation moguls.

For the tourist on foot I do not recommend it for many reasons. The main one is that time flies in Tokyo and losing it in a superficial visit to a laboratory in what was to be the city of the rich in the future is a shame. Maxime having similar latest-batch aberrations in Dubai and papier-mache in Qatar.

A lot to see in the area. One of the best cinemas there, the tower and the museum at the top of the tower is really worth visiting and a lot of fun things to do there.
Maybe more interesting than the skytree or even Tokyo Tower.
A lot of restaurants and cafeterias in the area.
Shops and almost all the famous brands there.
