Dynamic Personnel ensures that the consultant and the client are the right fit before going into the interview, I was pleased when I meet with Amrita that she reviewed my career, skills, experience and education, but to me the most important question she asked was "what are you looking for in an employer". Amrita knows her clients, and I can say that she knows them well, because my first interview was the right fit. I just completed an amazing 1 year contract and hope that Dynamic will find me another great fit !!

My experience with Dynamic Personnel thus far has been nothing short of extraordinary. When I first began working with Dynamic, I was in contact with Caitlin. After only a few short weeks, Caitlin was able to set me up with a job in my field (which, as a recent university graduate, is very relieving). Throughout the first few months of my contract, Caitlin made sure to stay in contact with me to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience with the client and that everything was running smoothly. After a few months, Samantha took over my contract as my consultant. Samantha is always ready to respond to any of my questions via. e-mail. I appreciate that she is able to maintain a high level of professionalism while being very friendly and open to addressing any concerns I may have. Wasted my time, energy, and money. Really displeased with how they dealt with my file. They ended up closing my file after months of waiting. No updates about my file or even bothered asking me to submit additional information. Unprofessional, lazy, and incompetent.

My contact at Dynamic Personnel was first Shadia, then Samantha. I had professional and courteous relationships with both throughout my 24 week contract. Whenever I had a problem like my timesheet, etc. they were fairly quick to respond. Whatever issues I needed to discuss, Samantha answered them promptly. Samantha followed up very well when something did come up. If you want to be represented by a professional company, Dynamic would fit the bill nicely.
I am writing a brief review for the staff (Samantha Nemr) specifically and Dynamic Personnel. I worked for Dynamic from July 2013 to December 2015. I was downsized by The Federal Public Service in the fall ( November 2012) after approximately 25 years of service. I found it very, very difficult to find employment at the time and because of my age. However, after registering at Dynamic Personnel and having phone conversations and in person meetings with Samantha Nemr, she got me two (2) long term assignments with the Federal Government ( National Defence). I am sure that because of her hard work and dedication I would not be working at a full time position today ( Commissionaires of Ottawa Canada at a National Defence site). Samantha, was always there for me to answer my phone calls, or return my calls and was always willing to see me in person, help me with my resume and sending me potential assignments. So, for that I am very grateful. Again, if not for her hard work and dedication I would not be in a full time position today.In conclusion, I would highly recommend Dynamic Personnel ( Samantha Nemr) and all the staff, because they are very, very helpful and personable.

For as long as I can remember I have been looking for a very specific job within the federal government, and I was always told - by many placement agencies - that the job was near impossible to find, let alone actually get. Dynamic Personnel Consultants not only found that job for me, but lobbied hard for me to the employer and were also incredibly supportive in helping me land the job.
My placement agent, Amrita, was not only always approachable, but, she always got back to me (and quickly) any time I had any questions, or concerns. She was not only knowledgable and helpful, but, she was also extremely fair and matter-of-fact. Amrita was also amazing at keeping me in the loop whenever factors changed, which was extremely helpful when it's imperative to remain adaptable.
The job ended up being one of the best jobs I ever had, and it would not have been possible without Dynamic Personnel's steadfast support.

I have had a very positive experience with Dynamic Personnel. They have been very professional in all of their dealings with me. One in particular stands out, Samantha Nemr. The best offer I received from other placement agencies (when they even bothered to contact me) was for an administration position with a low salary, but Dynamic secured a position for me (in my field!) at more than double the rate. The agent representing me at the time was a consummate professional, and I'd gladly return if I was ever in the market for contract work again.
I had a great experience with Dynamic and my Recruiter Georgette Barakat. They offer good opportunities for all, no discrimination regarding your etnic group. After being registered with many agencies, she has been the only one to find me a good job with great opportunity. I will recommend my friends and any job seeker.
Totally useless and unhelpful. I contacated the company in July 2019 by email along with my resume and CV. "Melissa" got back to me and set a phone call meeting time, which she did not make. after contacting a few more times I was able to book a 15 min meeting with her in the office. answered some questions, provided info and material requested and opened my file. I HAVE NOT HEARD BACK SINCE! I made attempts contacting the agency and I was told that I should look at the postings on their website myself and apply or whatever I find fit. Absolutely zero communication or advice what so ever.
