Duval ford

Brought in "old faithful" for a service and got what I expected... Fast, friendly service at a good price. Received recommendations for upcoming needs without the pressure to buy today. Found my dealer!

I went to Duval Ford for a part before I got there I had went to about five or six Auto places for the particular part I need it just before I start thinking that I was crazy when I went to the Ford place with this part of my Crown Victoria he said yes ma'am we do have I almost fainted because everyone tried to tell me that that part did not exist the way it looked, the gentleman that helped me was a white man I did not get his name he had a salt and pepper beard more gray than Pepper and he was very nice he gave me a printout and he let me look at the picture of this part that let me know I was not crazy and although I did not get the part from Ford I use the part number to make a reference to any other parts place I went to and lo and behold they found it using the part number so thank you Duval Ford on Cassat Avenue for all of your help especially the gentleman I didn't get his name but thank you again

Very professional and clean facility. I pulled up to the service side and they were quick to check me in. Inside was very clean and well decorated. The waiting room/lounge is very nice and comfortable. Outlets for charging, coffee station, water and a vending machine. Seats were comfortable. Very relaxing time for what it is. Nice job Duval Ford, you are appreciated.

I went to the dealership after work and the salesman was very patient because I test drove at least 5 trucks that night. The salesman would wait till I returned and I would tell him that I wanted to test drive another one. The salesman would go find the keys and walk all the way out to the lot to pull the next truck up. After I picked the vehicle, the negotiations were very easy with no frustrations. Since it was already closing time, the dealer went ahead and let me take the vehicle home. This is what buying is supposed to be like at a dealership.

Andrea was courteous and hospitable. She made me feel like I was her top priority even though I know how busy she was.

I like most people probably fear going to the service department like going to the dentist....you are always afraid of the outcome. The team at Duval Ford made the process simple and painless. They handled my issue via my warranty and service contract will be deleted after no added costs.

Even more, the provided up to date progress reports, worked quickly and provided concierge level service to accomodate me while they performed the needed service.

Joe Singleton is the best salesperson you could ever want when looking for a new vehicle. He's honest, down-to-earth, and keeps his word. He won't steer you wrong. Deszi Hobbs in the finance department is also a pleasure to work with. Everyone we encountered at Duval Ford made us feel welcome and very comfortable. We will recommend Joe and his team to everyone we know.

Really good experience, they have a huge variety and better deals than the other dealerships in town. The seals men Donal, was very helpful and nice, they didn't try to scam or pressure me to buy. Very recommended and I am definitely coming back to get a mustang

For better or worse other's experiences may vary.... arrived without an appointment on a weekday as they were opening at 7am. Was told it would be about an hour wait to start work on my car due to scheduled appointments. I was out after 1 hour 45 minutes. The staff was mostly courteous and accommodating. There is a nice sized wait room with space to social distance. Wait room included work space and outlets at the chairs. All questions were answered satisfactorily. I will probably return for the same quick lane service (oil change/rotation/inspection $70) in the future. I would probably make an appointment and find a coupon next time.
