Going to Purgatory Ski Resort has become a family tradition. From winter activities to summer activities... This place is great! We love Purgatory so much that we decided to get married here!

Terisa Clark was a key asset! She helped our wedding planner with the fine details in order to make our wedding day absolutely perfect. Because of Terisa and the Purgatory team, one of our most important days/events was flawless. All of our guests had a fabulous time. We had so many people say "this was the most elegant and smooth wedding we have ever been to."

We can't thank Terisa & the Purgatory Wedding Team enough!

We loved the alipne slide and the roller coaster. I fell off the alpine slide (my own fault, they told me not to lean and I leaned) and there were 2 kind young men who helped me get my burns treated. And there was a very nice woman who was super friendly!! Loved the environment and the employees. I would definitely go back again!! So much fun for the adults and the kids!!

Went for the afternoon, 1230-4pm. Very fairly priced for what you get to do; panning for treasure, alpine slide, mountain coaster and the kids go karts. Shuttle service provided. Stores and snack shops are very expensive. Must try the waffle place, it's fairly priced and the best waffle you'll ever eat and made fresh to order.

We had so much fun! The first day we went to the resort, our family got the wrist band. The rides were amazing, the gem panning was extremely interesting and our kids (9, 7 and 4 plus ME!) SUPER enjoyed it! The staff was so kind and chatty! On the chair lift, our 4 year old got nervous and they kindly stopped the lift to let her get on and reassured her that she was going to have so much fun!

On the second day, my sister in law got married! We had the most remarkable view at Dante's. The staff that assisted her with her special day were SO amazing! Part of her package was a live bouquet and they knocked her expectations out of the park too.

100% not even kind of disappointed with this place!

Summer activities are a rip-off. The management of this place need to realize a fundamental truth of customer service. When you promise a service or list of activities and then don t deliver you really annoy your customers. Managed to do 3 of their activities in the time given. Lines are so long you can t do the activities they sell you the tickets on. They either need to be less greedy and sell less tickets or get more efficient at running the rides . To help set expectations they should copy Disney and put signs saying 2 hour wait from this point . That way people won t waste their time. This whole experience has left a bad taste and will stop me coming back in winter. The management clearly don t care and will carry on with their shoddy work as long as the money is coming in. There are plenty of other reviews like this. I wish I had read them. Do yourself a favor and skip it.

Seem close lifts unexpectedly for maintenance a lot. Maybe their preventative maint. program is poor, why it can't be done during the week when they aren't open. IDK. But it makes planning a trip difficult when you already have plans, and lifts close down without much notice. I would understand if there was poor weather, but that's not the case.

The fact that they can't pro-rate their activities for their day passes is also a rip off. When a third of your activities are down, you'd expect a 30% reduction in price. Nope.
