Dunn development llc

Dunn Development, Inc. completely transformed our home here in Forrest Hills. Robert oversaw a full gut renovation, taking the kitchen down to the studs and installing stunning custom cabinets. He also managed the installation of a Thermidor refrigerator with a separate freezer, added a massive new window, built a deck, and laid down beautiful Travertine tile. The craftsmanship was exceptional, and working with Robert and his team was a pleasure. We were so happy with the results that we didn't want them to leave!

Dunn Development, Inc. handled a complete first-floor renovation for us while we were living in the house with two toddlers, which was a huge concern. Robert made the process manageable and stress-free. The construction site was always spotless, and they respected our privacy throughout the project. The team was not only professional but also genuinely kind, going above and beyond multiple times. We are already planning our next home improvement project and will definitely hire Dunn Development, Inc. again.

Dunn Development, Inc. truly delivered a stunning renovation experience. We were thoroughly impressed by how Robert and his team managed to exceed our lofty expectations. The scope was significant—a four-month overhaul of our kitchen, family room, playroom, mudroom, pantry, laundry room, and half bath. We chose to stay in the home during construction, anticipating chaos, but it turned out to be remarkably smooth and almost dream-like. Robert provided a transparent plan with a clear schedule and budget from the get-go, maintaining excellent daily communication throughout. Every crew member was courteous and professional.

Living in our 1940s home, we decided to expand by adding a master suite downstairs since all the other bedrooms were upstairs. Dunn Development, Inc. handled this addition with impressive attention to detail, ensuring the new structure seamlessly matched the original architecture. They were meticulous about sourcing matching old brick for the front facade, preserving the interior and exterior trim, and installing hardwood floors that blended perfectly. They also carefully planned the placement of the large HVAC unit and managed the landscaping to maintain the home's aesthetic. As a team with prior experience working together, our architect and the contractor communicated efficiently to bring our vision to life. The subcontractors were professional and respectful of our living space, taking care to minimize disruption to the rest of the house. The craftsmanship was outstanding. We did make some adjustments during the process...

I recently had the opportunity to work with a construction company on a project, and my experience with Dunn Development LLC was quite average. Although their website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their services, I had some concerns throughout the process. Communication was not as prompt as I would have liked, and there were several occasions where I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. However, the team did show professionalism and expertise in their work. The quality of the final result was satisfactory, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed afterwards. Overall, I would rate my experience with Dunn Development LLC as average. They have potential, but improvements in communication and attention to detail would greatly enhance their service.
