They hire at the cheapest rate allowed so you can guess the quality of talent which amounts to glorified babysitters. Houses are run like a prison especially if the clients are on the timid side. They are told when to get up, staff spends their money without much input from the clients, told when to shower and go to bed. When someone is reported for doing something wrong, Dungarvin does an internal investigation which is a joke "no wrongdoing" is found more often than not. On the rare occasion they have been found in the wrong, the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services hands down "Correction Action Plan" that amounts to slap on the wrist. It should be mandatory that each client have an ABLE account overseen by a family member or third party to insure there is no wastage or theft, and the provider should not be allowed to manage the funds. A majority of the clients are left unprotected so to speak. Any of the clients that may have involved family or a legal guardian they will ignore you and your concerns. Dungarvin is allergic to accountability like many others who are paid to provide the care. This company was started by a husband and wife to provide top notch care but it's now being managed by someone who has worked every level within the company with no business acumen but appears to have left behind her Direct Support Person heart in her rise to the top. It's time to revamp the entire system from the top to the bottom.
