I've never had a good experience when I've popped in here, I've always had to go elsewhere to get what I need even though they are the nearest place. The shop assistants don't seem very friendly. It's put me off going back. It's a shame I can't recommend Bells.

Not very friendly, and a bit snobbish. Bought our kitchen from them 5 years ago and weren't impressed and decided to see if things had changed but after a visit decided against using them.

David gave us good advice, offered competitive prices ... and when something went wrong with an order (sometimes it happens) he was quick in finding the solution and get a replacement shipped over. Full marks. It confirms that using local businesses works.

We love our new kitchen! Akin at Bells worked with us to design and supply a functional and fantastic looking kitchen. Bells' service was professional and responsive throughout. Akin also introduced us to a builder, Gregory Okreta, who competed our project to a high standard. We are very happy to have chosen Bells.

Our bathroom is tiny, but I was after top quality fittings and an excellent finish and that was what Bells delivered. I didn't think much could be done but at the design stage, Tony was able to suggest some nifty solutions such as switching the bath taps to the other end and using a folding shower screen to max out the truly dinky space. Mario and Mitko fitted the bathroom and while our 120-year old house has some quirks, they managed to find solutions to any issues that cropped up. I'm very happy with the products in place too. Before the refit I couldn't run a bath due to broken taps and now I'm luxuriating in the silky-feeling tub whenever I can. It's amazing, thank you!

Brilliant! My dealings in the main have been with Tony Moore. Really supportive, endless friendly patience and, most important, really knowledgeable about what he is selling and effective in helping us to narrow the options and make choices. Subsequent installations and after sales have then always run on rails.
On one occasion they went the extra mile to find a spare part for old shower cubicle door runners, which we had inherited when we bought the house. It would have been vastly more profitable for them not to have bothered, because then I would probably have bought a whole new shower unit.
In short, I'd say they are the genuine local real deal. If you have got a problem they will do their best to solve it; a shining example of why its so often worth it to support local business

Fantastic and professional service from Akin who took the time to talk to me about my kitchen cabinet needs in a very knowledgeable and helpful manner. This is after me getting nowhere when asking for assistance from other companies. Would recommend Bells a million times over.

Appalling customer service. We got a bespoke unit for our bathroom and when fitters went to install it we realised the sink was 1.09 meters off the ground vs usual 85cm. No solution was offered and nobody even apologised for the mistake made. And this is after one of the owners came around to swap another incorrect unit which was delivered to us in the same job. Not even a word about the mistake. I am hoping we can at least split the costs of having it cut down to size.

We worked with Tony at Bells on the complete renovation of our family bathroom and WC. Tony was great to work with, and held 4 separate design/ fitting appointments with us at Bells and in our home. He paid great attention to detail and was able to make a number of useful suggestions which definitely improved the design and finish of the bathrooms.

For the work itself we used Bell s recommended fitters Dulwich Bathrooms who were also excellent. The quality of Louis and Jay s workmanship is evident in their work the electrics, tiling, overall building and fitting and paint work is all superb and we re thrilled with the end result. They were a pleasure to have working in the house and finished the job on time.

While the total cost of the project was certainly not inexpensive, it was definitely worth the money for the overall experience, quality of products and standard of workmanship. We d highly recommend using Bells and Dulwich Bathrooms for similar renovations.

We bought a new bathroom suite from Bells in February and are delighted with it. Our bathroom is small and the sizing was crucial, so we decided to use Bells' design and planning service. We're so pleased that we did; they were knowledgeable and professional in guiding us through the choices we had to make and were most helpful whenever we called with any queries. Having looked elsewhere initially for wall and floor tiles, we also bought those from Bells and are very happy with those choices too. The service we received throughout was excellent and we would recommend them without hesitation.

Had our bathroom redesigned and fitted through Bells. They were really great every step of the way and we are really pleased with our new bathroom. Very professional, helped us to design it when we didn't have a clue and organised for someone to fit the bathroom who was also great. Would definitely recommend.

Tony responded very quickly to the online quote request form - it was reassuring to work with a local business and with a reputable firm. I was fortunate in that Mario and Mitko were available to start work very soon: they cracked on even though I hadn't quite finished the planning! I was impressed by Mario's attention to detail and communication about what i wanted, and managing any questions or issues as they arose. I got the sense he enjoys the work and has a lot of experience which at times was a useful guide. They were flexible with timing, and left everything complete - no 'snagging' required - and tidied up all the rubbish after they left (i live in a liftless 2nd floor flat), for which I was grateful. My previous bathroom was a very tired one from 1970 with many licks of sloppy paint, drippy taps and dodgy DIY tile-work: now it is light, neat and hopefully will last a few decades too!

I went here looking for tiles for my bathroom in summer 2018.........mission was accomplished! After having searched for a while, without success, Bells had suitable tiles for my floor AND shower wall - and they look fantastic! The service was very good, and whoever i spoke to was always ready help and solve any issue or worries i had. I dealt mainly with Nigel - very friendly and communicable. Good job Bells, thanks so much!

UPDATE!!
Just had my kitchen renovated last summer and sourced my laminate countertop, sink, and tap at Bell s - again, i dealt exclusively with Nigel as my previous experience with him was favourable. And, as previously, Nigel delivered! So patient and helpful! I am very finnicky and exacting, and Nigel was accomodating every step of the way - WOW! And it now looks fantastic! Thanks again Nigel - Top marks again!

What a gem of a shop. Friendly service, reasonable prices, regular updates on my order and delivery to my home. Recommended.

Tony from Bells Bathrooms and the installer that he recommended, Mario surveyed the bathroom, then shortly after emailed plans and drawings for the new bathroom. He also patiently took us through the process of choosing the various fixtures in his showroom a few weeks later. He swapped and promptly refunded an item that could not be accommodated. Mario worked swiftly and consulted with us at various stages of the build. Mario replaced a faulty light switch without fuss and did an excellent job cutting the floor tiles realising that we did not have any spares.
Our only slight disappointment was that the original wooden window frame and door frame were not stripped before being painted, so the finish on those items is considerably below par compared with the rest of the bathroom.
Tony and Mario are a good team that I would recommend.

I ordered a new bathroom through Bells and the service was superb. From choosing the fixtures and fittings to the installation, it was like clockwork and very speedily executed.

I used their recommended installer, Mario, and he and his mate were very polite and very industrious, and their attention to detail was great. My new bathroom looks superb and has everything in it that I wanted.

I would definitely recommend Bells for anyone wishing to refresh or reinvent their bathroom - and particularly their 'one stop shop' service.

Excellent service from Akin and the team at Bells the Dulwich Kitchen & Bathroom Company. They were very helpful with the options and we were delighted with our excellent new kitchen, which was great value too. Akin was particularly responsive - nothing was too difficult for him to resolve. I would thoroughly recommend this company.

Really helpful, walked in, he didn't just sell me the most expensive and showed me the whole range for what I needed. Very chuffed
