There s nothing more frustrating in life then when somebody doesn t value your time. I showed up for a 10 AM closing and it has been 35 minutes, and counting, and no one has even come to greet me. I have called into the office twice one of which I got hung (or disconnected) up once. I had to ask for the HUD the day prior to versus it just being sent to me. Lastly there was absolutely no instructions sent on how to handle the closing during Covid. So I showed up and had to guess. I think I can get over everything with the exception of standing around wondering when my closing will actually take place in nobody choosing to communicate with me. I guess my time is not valuable in their eyes..

We had a very bad experience with them. Starting from paralegal communication's to trying to inflat price for the services we didn't ask for.
We were cummunicated 3 different times to arrive for the appointment. Along with buying our primary property we also wanted them to transfer deed on very small adjacent lot to our name to which they were charging $600 from buyer(us) and seller another $200-300. I said it is not worth since that adjacent lot only cost $1k. So they brought down the price to $180 each party. DEFINATELY negotiate the price.
Home buying is once in a lifetime experience for most buyers, as soon as we got to the office the receptionist made us feel unwelcomed and treated as if we don't belong there. Some guy in the baseball jersey walked by us and offered water to which we said YES.
We were not cummunicated the final amount to bring until a couple of hours before the scheduled time ONLY after I sent email to the paralegal in the morning to confirm cash to close to which she replies TO THE BEST OF KNOWLEDGE. She won't pick up my call if I had questions.
The ONLY best thing about this visit was "Chocolate Dipped Pretzels" at the front desk. If you ever have to use them make sure to grab these pretzels, they were delicious.

My mother and I came here today with our Real Estate agent for the closing of my Late Grandmothers home that we we sold today! This building was extremely nice and in an excellent location. As we entered the lobby of the suite it instantly felt very elegant yet relaxing at the same time. I felt very comfortable here. The seating was comfortable and we waited for maybe five minutes to be called into the office. Once we were in there it took less than 10 minutes for the paperwork to be signed and we were given the room by the gentleman who was assisting us! We talked with our agent for a few more minutes and then made our way out. As we left, the receptionist gave us a fond fair-well and we were on our way!

Our realtor from Allen Tate recommended this firm, but our experience could have been better: communication can be improved (hence one star down). Had to repeatedly contact the attorney for small stuff. I must add he was very prompt, professional and fixed the issues. Closing was super fast.

piss poor customer service. Just closed on a house with them and all they care about is get in and get out. paperwork was messed up, the paralegal Lauren never returned any phone calls. Their closing fees are high for the area compared to other closing attorneys. If you're going to pay more you need to pay for a company that respects its clients and treats you like a real customer instead of another number.

I recently received a beautiful vintage necklace as a gift; when I needed to swap out the chain for a different length, Doyle & Doyle was incredibly helpful! They swapped out the chain quickly and returned the necklace to me in perfect condition. I am so proud to wear their gorgeous design!

DO NOT USE. My Allen Tate Realtor also recommended this firm. We had to pull out of the deal because the inspection came back with too many issues. Although the title search was ordered and then canceled 7 days later, 2 months after I got a bill for $250 for title search / canceled loan. When I asked to see a detailed invoice of hours put in, I was refused. Then was told I could only get a copy of the half baked search that was of course not completed after I paid them. I insisted on getting the details first. Looked like 20 mins of internet search. I am willing to pay for work performed but this bill and their attitude about showing they performed any work at all was insulting. Do yourself a favor and use a law firm that is forthcoming, more professional, and fair to its clients.

I do ALL of my real estate closings in Charlotte with this incredible law firm! Not one closing has ever had an issue in 7 years! The paralegals are phenomenal - some of the best I ve ever worked with in my career as a realtor! The entire staff is on the ball -especially Trisha, Lauren, Frazier, & Matt! Everyone is friendly, and easy to work with! Their office is conveniently located, their fees are extremely competitive and affordable compared to the competition, and I even used Doyle and Wallace for my own home closing! I fully trust them & highly recommend them!
